JumpYard Barcelona — Attraction in Cornellà de Llobregat

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Our experience at this venue was nothing short of a nightmare. We booked 35 places for BD party of our daughter at weekend. We followed the instruction to arrive 30 minutes early, expecting a smooth, well-organized event. Instead, our large group of parents and children was left standing outside without any information or direction. When the jumping session began, the kids quickly ran out of water because no one had told them to ask the instructors, and the only option was to queue at the bar—a situation that was both inconvenient and poorly managed. The peak of the disaster occurred when a manager, Diego, unexpectedly imposed a FINE on one of the parents, citing an unspecified rule violation. His vague and unsubstantiated explanation in front of everyone was not only humiliating but also made the entire event feel like a scam. The chaos didn’t stop there; the birthday cake was delivered very late and without any proper utensils, forcing us to scramble to cut it, while some staff members even forcibly removed guests from the room. I want to thank everyone in your team who worked on that day, managed and helped to organise and make happen such a big party!

Everything was more than expected: -Monitors took children at the entrance and managed perfectly all 34 kids. I didn’t need to ask for anything. Everything was done super professional and on time. No conflicts, no tears, just pure happiness! -Party room was very well prepared and adjusted to changes in seconds. All food served on time and if asked for something more was brought immediately. No waiting time, no need to remind. -Kids enjoyed party food and pizzas were very good! -Facilities were very clean.

I brought my own big cake and forgot to ask to put it in to the fridge, when I remembered I found out that it is already in the fridge. Staff noticed and put it in to the fridge!

Every single detail was considered. Kids were exited as well as adults.

We’ve been here for many birthday parties both other children and our own over the last 3 years. This place used to be amazing, the time they gave you in the party room was always enough to do cake and open gifts, approx 20-30 minutes, but this year (2024) was by far the worst, we got 10 minutes in the room to eat, with kids aged 8 baring in mind, and do the cake, the kids didn’t have time to eat the cake because we were being literally kicked out of the room, even after asking for more time, I just got a hand waving in my face they wouldn’t even hear it!!! Really disappointing given the price for birthday party’s - we had to leave the room, give people the cake to take home and open gifts on the side of the park, it was so disrespectful as a customer- it’s now become a machine for parties and they’ve well and truly lost their original feel when having a party here and we won’t be...
