KINEPOLIS CINEMAS — Local services in el Prat de Llobregat

For many years, Cines Full was our favourite movie theatre. Apart from those comfy red seats, it had reasonably priced high quality snacks and drinks, movies starting on time with hardly any advertising, Dolby Atmos, great customer service. It was unique, and we always went back there. Something had to change when Kinepolis absorbed them... and not for the better: it all changed for the profit. People who used to serve you Popcorn were replaced by self-service - and it seems that I suddenly paid double the price for snacks and drinks that last time I went. And it was probably the last time I went: The popcorn disgusting (not fresh), never-ending advertising (movie started 20min late), and a strange feeling of lack of cleanliness.

Cines Full was formerly run by people who wanted to provide the best overall customer experience. Which they did. Now it is like any other place, managed by some anonymous corporation that maximises...

One of the best cinemas in Spain if not the best! They have big spaces and some seats are reclinable, which give you the comfort and sensation as if you're home and the sound system is just fantastic! The price of the entrance is quite affordable and you have perks as free entrance ticket including 3D and discounts if you have the Full card (membership card). I'm enjoying today because I'm using my gift of free entrance ticket for the 3D session of Aquaman!...

This cinema is one of my favourites in the area. They have great sound systems in their cinemas. We often book in advanced to get the reclining chairs. They don't cost any extra and are definitely worth a little planning ahead. The only problem is that on several occasions one of the chairs has been broken.
