I think it's some sort of talent not to be able to sale the products of a brand which sells itself. All you need to do is to have enough stock and not to be rude with clients. But for this shop it's way too high bar.
I attended Goldenmac and T-Tuin shops 2 times each.
First, I consulted regarding their advertisement of payment in instalments and I was wrongly but with full certainty advised that I can't use this option because I don't have DNI card, and being a Spanish resident with TIE card is not sufficient to have the same rights (which was found to be a lie).
Each time I was waiting in a queue 7-12 minutes only for someone started to talk to me.
The conversations with 1 advisor was totally unpleasant and I had a feeling he though the customers are something annoying for him.
You can't take an iPhone in the arm even though they are wired, you can't see the back side of it.
Then, I needed a Mac with American keyboard which was, of course, is totally unfeasible and unrealistic dream to get in this shop.
I also asked if they offer Tax Free option for tourists, that day smth was broken at their place and so was not possible.
Ultimately, when I wanted to buy iPhone and left with nothing: They had literally nothing (some crazy color and minimum size of memory). They didn't even apologised that they have no stock, They didn't suggest to reserve one from the next batch, They could suggest to order online from their store or suggest where is the closest place with such models available, they could call another shop or their warehouse and order a delivery to my...
Read moreGoing to keep it short and to the point. Bought a €2000+ mac from here. The Mac has problems from the get go. The body of the mac pops like an empty coke can. Not a big problem you'd think, I could go along with that, even though it should not make sounds, especially at that price. Anyways, the biggest problem is that it most likely has memory problems. Had to take it to La Cañada because they don't have technicians that can look at it sooner than 7 days. Arriving at La Cañada I was told the product does no longer have warranty because I bought it in 2017. Turns out, they activated the product before they sold it to me, who knows what or why has happened with it. 1. a new Mac should make no noise. 2. memory problems and slower than my old Mac 3. product sold with no warranty... Awaiting response, but for an expensive brand new Mac and being in the middle of a super busy time, I'm not happy. I suggest to anyone, take a 1 hour drive to get your Mac from a proper Mac store in Marbella. UPDATE: Store keeps saying the warranty is there, Apple itself keeps saying it's not there. There is also a problem with keyboard now, keys are getting stuck, at first I thought I just did not press it right and doubting myself, then it starts happening too often, I looked it up and this model of the Macbook Pro Touchbar 2017 has known problems with the keyboard, also with the noises the chassis makes. Don't buy the Macbook Pro Touchbar 2017. PS. I'll update this accordingly...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a quite poor experience here. I’ve left my phone for battery replacement last Thursday, paid 99 euros for that and was told it would be done by this Tuesday. I’ve left a contact number and the lady told they would call me when it’s ready. No one called me, so on Tuesday I decided to come anyway and ask about it. The lady at the desk handed me the phone straight away and suggested I should test it. It became evident straight away that the battery was not replaced (as the battery capacity was exactly as low as it was before). I asked then what was the matter, and it turned out they couldn’t do it, because some screws or something were oxidized. It is fair, I am not questioning that necessarily, HOWEVER - I can’t help but wonder, how many days exactly it took them to see that? Why no one contacted me by phone number or email that I left to say this? Why it wasn’t communicated to me when I went to pick up my phone and I had to find that out myself? For what exactly did I pay 99 euros? In the end, I’ve spent 5 days without operational phone and paid 99 euros for that....
