We came by to have late lunch and by far the worse udon restaurant. The waiter that attended us has no customer skills at all, and extremely rude. We ordered 3 soups and none of them had any taste. I returned mine and told the cook. He mentioned that they normally don't put salt in their soups. What a thing to do to customers! I told the lovely Raquel who had a lot to say to her customers. She said no, esto no es cierto. He probado y está bueno y es depende de los gustos. Pero esta muy bueno. And she kept arguing even to the point saying the soup is to my liking! If I was the owner of this place, I would be worried to have this rude girl speaking to her customers as if she knows it all. We asked for a spicy spice and she said no they don't have. But when I went to get something I saw it. Clearly she doesn't know anything about Japanese food but tries to act like she knows everyone's taste. Even when i told her she needs to learn how to respect her customers opinions, she didnt waste time to answer back with her gesture and facial expression. Unacceptable! We were horrified to see how she treated us. so much money wasted and the worse part is our experience with this rude, ignorant and unprofessional...
Read more🚨🚨🚨 We ordered a plate with fried shrimps. After we started eating, my wife noticed that the "Shrimp" was looking like CHICKEN. We called the waiter, and the conversation was something like this:
"We ordered shrimps, isn't this chicken?" "We don't have shrimp at the moment, so we decided to replace it with chicken" "Without telling us? We try as much as possible to avoid meat" "I didn't know chicken was a problem for you (looking at one girl at my table wearing hijab), I apologise" And she left... ❌ Nothing was done to fix the mistake. Crazy behaviour. Never happened to me to have my food switched without consulting the customer first. 🤯
We don't order meat for personal reasons but we can eat it. Having my food changed like that, and seeing total indifference from the waiter, it was quite a shock 🫨
P.s. what do you think we have been charged for? For the food we ordered or the one we received? Exactly, the one we ordered 🤯🤯🤯 the one we didn't receive
