Fun Jump — Attraction in Massanassa

CUIDADO! MUY PELIGROSO!

I used to love this place but it’s not being maintained and the equipment is now very old and the soft protection no longer works! There is metal and wood exposed all over the place which left me with a severely cut foot last week. Extremely dangerous! I reported it to a staff member and they didn’t even react - which is expected given that the average age of the staff there is around 18!

Children are going to get seriously hurt!

UPDATE (17/07/21): I've tried to contact Fun Jump on two ocassions after their offer and they have failed respond each time. I also went back (paid) to check and they haven't fixed anything since they last replied saying...

If you dont buy their socks (which are normal non-slip socks) they do not want to let you in, even if you have your own special socks. The park was meh. Clean, small-ish and too loud. Be careful if you have a complaint or a problem: like in many places in Spain they will make it look as if everything was your fault and not even compensate you. I recieved pretty bad service there and asked them to compensate me by giving me a pair of their socks and they threatened to call the police if I didn't stop asking. Just poor mentality people and a very badly managed company. Not really...

5 estrellas porque no se pueden poner más y un 10 porque tampoco se puede poner más a esta nave de saltos para niños y adultos

Decid que al entrar fui atendido por el jefe y ni me dijo que era el jefe ni se lo pregunté, me lo dijeron luego dentro. Me explicó todo y me dijo que las entradas eran cada hora creo y que se podía estar una hora. Eran las 12:30 y hasta las 13 no podíamos entrar. Le conté que solo iba a poder estar con mis hijos más allá de las 13:30 (solo media hora) y me acabo diciendo qye cuando entraran por la puerta que entrásemos directos al parque. Además no alargó la hora y estuvimos hasta las 13:50, que más se le puede pedirj. Ya en el parque nos atendió ALEJANDRO. Un 10 para este empleado: nos acompañó todo el rato, nos dio consejos sobre saltos y hasta estuvo hablando con mi hijo de programación y videojuegos (algo que le encanta a mi hijo), me dijo donde ir poniendo las gafas y el móvil,. “Excelente” como empleado, como profesional de saltos (lo podéis ver en los vídeos) y lo mejor: un 10 como persona. Además antes de salir nos regalaron una pulsera a cada uno

Respecto a las instalaciones, lo podéis ver en fotos y vídeos. Excelentemente cuidadas, se puede ver que empresas se gastan dinero en mejorar sus empresas y cuales no.

No solo ya había venido un par de veces antes con mis hijos, sino que volví el viernes y por supuesto que volveré
