Trays empty They don't refill the empty pans Sushi is not good at all just rice and cucumber no fish in sushi I can't believe that some people consider this food and some even say it's good it's the worst I've ever been too

I have tried all over the world and this is the worst it's like a fast food low class restaurant Chef Ramsay would go bananas Will never eat there again the meat was brown the sorry dishes were cold Burger king is better at this point The only good thing there were the waiters polite 5 stars to the waiters but the place is the worst I can't believe people here...

Parking structure underneath or on the street. Prices are reasonable, very large selection of food. Like most all you can eat buffets the quality differs over quantity. Prices do not include a mandatory beverage at inflated price and tax. We enjoyed the food and out visit. They have a no photo policy. Something for everyone to eat here, sushi, paella, meat and seafood cooked to order, salads, Chinese food, pizza, Italian dishes, pinchos/tapas, desserts, fruit, ice cream sections. They clean the empty and discarded plates quickly and the staff...

Si vas sólo a comer a este sitio, ten por seguro que el encargado que distribuye las mesas te colocará donde el quiera y más le convenga. Ante la solicitud mía como cliente, de cambiar de mesa, ya que me habían colocado en una muy pegada a otra con 6 comensales.... su respuesta es: "que me espere a desalojar las mesas de 2 personas, porque las de 4 y las de 6 es para esa cantidad de personas, no para una sola y que no iba a abrir un lateral por una sola persona" (cuando ese lateral ya estaba ocupado por varias parejas).... al final sin yo pronunciar una sola palabra, pero viendo mi cara de enfado y con un plato de comida en la mano, accede a regañadientes y enfadado a colocarme en una mesa diferente y a mi gusto. Y todo esto con el comedor sólo al 40% completo y a las 14: 45 de la tarde, vamos que ya poca gente iba a venir a comer....Tanto le costaba acceder desde un principio a mi solicitud??. Lo que tengo claro es que ya el Colonial no será un lugar al que volveré ni sólo, ni acompañado, como he sólido venir con 4 o 5 personas más, habéis perdido un cliente, por el mal servicio de esa persona. Vuestra competencia a escasos metros, es más limpia, barata, con comida mejor y más amable.
