For instance, in November 2024, activities included the Christmas lights switch-on, a children’s day called “Zenia Kids,” and the musical “La Familia Divertida.” The month concluded with a Black Friday celebration featuring live performances and special discounts.

Expensive for a Spanish shopping centre - clearly charging tourist prices.

The shopping area feels upmarket and modern. It’s open air, bright and spacious but very… not Spanish, like it’s purpose-built for tourists and foreign retirees. It is well laid-out and there are awnings to create some much-needed shade. It has the typical selection of (mostly women’s) clothing and footwear shops you’d expect in a shopping centre, plus some extras like Swarovski. There is also a large Alcampo supermarket, a MediaMarkt (with higher prices than elsewhere for what I was looking for), Decathlon, etc.

The food choices aren’t great for non meat-eaters and many of the food places have very poor, disinterested service despite charging higher prices. Not the level of service usually found in Spanish restaurants and bars. The staff at two of the restaurants ignored us and tried to avoid eye contact while we waited at the door, even though they weren’t busy. We finally managed to be seated at La Tagliatella, despite being very busy (good service, good food). The coffee shops are nice and have decent service but very few meat-free savoury food options.

The underground car park is free. There is also a taxi rank opposite the main entrance, but there aren’t enough taxis to go around and ringing the number on the rank doesn’t work - they almost never answer the phone, and if they do they just tell you to wait at the taxi rank.

It’s worth visiting once and it’s a good place to shop and relax for a few hours, but I wouldn’t bother again. And if you’re vegetarian you’re better off going basically...

Amazing shopping centre with every shop you could imagine.a massive range of eating houses for all the family. Entertainment every night with singers ,magicians ,show etc. Facilities very clean and parking everywhere outside the door and underground with disabled access.Kids play areas up stairs with trampolines and soft area . Lots of seats for the less energetic under the shade if you need cooled down. There is also sweet stalls for the children but watch out they weigh the sweets and can cost a fortune. Also there is a supermarket which has everything at a reasonable price . A short walk around the corner is a hardware/electronics store. Then when you go out of the main entrance there is a decathlon for all your sports equipment. Any clothes shop can be expensive especially the designer shops! If your a family with children I would advise you to go in the morning so it not as warm and maybe go to the ten pin balling or play on the amusements ,if you go in the morning in the afternoon you could go to the beach with lovely views around the coast.
