This place is one of the best kept secrets in Andalucía and a hidden gem in Rota. Bring your science shoes and put on your history cap and you might find the semi-natural spa created by the Phoenicians inadvertently while constructing the corrals. As the tides change from low to high the pools fill up with cascading water heated by the sun. Swimming isn't possible during low tide but there is plenty of marine wildlife to look at up close. This place is especially great of you have a toddler that can't swim. Wading is possible at high tide because the corrals also cut down any big waves.
