Restaurante Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Rota

HUGE variety of food choices but it's like any burger, pizza type place, it's good but nothing is great. Their version of fried rice is yummy but they won't let you get a half portion so you either split or take home. Pizza is good, again, not great but remember, it's Spanish style although a lot of their food is American style. We go all the time when we are in Rota, more often to their location in town, where I swear they add more seasonings to their food and it tastes better, but thus location just did a huge remodel and is really nice in there. Don't get stuck sitting in one of what our group call the 'torture' chairs, or you will leave with hip pain. A nice little hidden gem that the locals use. A bit far from the Rota base, and hidden away. But if ya just go down the street a bit more then bingo! They got good coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice!!!

Their breakfast sandwich is nice and clean, presentable, and simple, yet tasty. Also, very friendly service! Nice ladies.

The only distractor is that they let the dirty dishes and cups build up on the counter. It’s just two ladies that are there and I guess it’s an European thing.

Restaurant was initially pleasant and the staff was courteous and friendly. However, the tables and chairs inside the restaurant had bird feces on them and birds repeatedly flew in and out of the restaraunt, flying over and through the kitchen area while staff made no effort to close the door or remove the birds. Before food was even served, birds had landed near my table and defecated onto the table beside mine.
