Centro Comercial TORRE SEVILLA — Attraction in Seville

El 18 de abril de 2025, alrededor de las 20:00 horas, mi pareja y yo visitamos la tienda JD Sports ubicada en el Centro Comercial TORRE SEVILLA. Queríamos probarnos unas zapatillas Nike. Una empleada, que luego dijo llamarse Andrea, nos entregó solo una zapatilla (la derecha) con una actitud muy poco amable y nada cordial. Cuando pedimos probar la otra zapatilla, nos dijo que la traería después.

Más tarde, al insistir, nos llamó al mostrador y volvió a entregarnos la misma zapatilla derecha. Al pedir probar ambas, colocó una alarma sobre la otra antes de dárnosla, como si desconfiara de nosotros sin razón.

Esta actitud fue grosera e inaceptable. Le dijimos que su comportamiento no era correcto ni educado, pero no mostró ninguna preocupación ni disculpa. Luego hablamos con un hombre que dijo ser el encargado de la tienda. Su respuesta fue simplemente que no podía hacer nada y ocultó su placa con el nombre cuando se lo pedimos. Al preguntarle por el nombre de la empleada, nos dijo que no podía compartirlo. Sin embargo, la propia Andrea nos dijo su nombre, mientras el supuesto encargado intentaba advertirla desde atrás.

Ha sido una de las experiencias de compra más irrespetuosas y con tintes discriminatorios que hemos vivido. El trato fue inaceptable y decepcionante.

On April 18, 2025, around 8:00 PM, my spouse and I visited the JD Sports store located in Centro Comercial TORRE SEVILLA. We wanted to try on a pair of Nike shoes. A female staff member, who later introduced herself as Andrea, handed us only the right shoe with an unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude. After a while, we asked again, and she called us to the counter, giving us the same right shoe again. When we insisted on trying both shoes, she attached a security tag to the other shoe before handing it over. This was an unnecessarily rude and unprofessional approach.

When we expressed that this behavior was inappropriate and impolite, she showed no concern or remorse. We then approached a male staff member who claimed to be the store manager. Unfortunately, he simply stated there was nothing he could do and refused to give his name, even hiding his name badge. When we asked for Andrea’s name, he said he couldn’t share staff names. However, Andrea herself said her name, while the so-called manager tried to warn her from behind.

This was one of the most disrespectful and discriminatory shopping experiences we’ve ever had. We were treated rudely and felt discriminated against. Such customer service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

18 Nisan 2025 akşam saat 20:00 civarında eşimle birlikte Centro Comercial TORRE SEVILLA’daki JD Sports mağazasını ziyaret ettik. Nike marka bir ayakkabıyı denemek istediğimizde, sonradan adının Andrea olduğunu öğrendiğimiz bir kadın çalışan son derece suratsız ve ilgisiz bir şekilde yalnızca sağ tekini uzattı. Diğer tekini de denemek istediğimizi söylediğimizde ise “onu sonra getiririm” diyerek geçiştirdi. Bir süre sonra tekrar rica ettiğimizde bu kez kasaya çağırdı ve yine yalnızca sağ teki verdi. Diğer tekiyle birlikte denemek istediğimizde ise ayakkabının üzerine alarm takarak getirdi.

Bu yaklaşım, müşteri deneyimini hiçe sayan, oldukça kaba bir davranıştı. Kendisine bu tavrının hiç de kibar olmadığını söylediğimizde ise hiçbir şekilde umursamadı.

Durumu daha sonra mağaza müdürü olduğunu belirten bir erkek personele aktardık. Ancak o da “yapabileceğim bir şey yok” diyerek ilgisiz davrandı. Adını sorduğumuzda isim kartını kapatıp paylaşmak istemedi. Andrea isimli çalışanın ismini öğrenmek istediğimizde de “hiçbir çalışanın ismini paylaşamayacağını” söyledi. Aynı anda arka planda Andrea’yı uyarmaya çalıştığını da gördük.

Bu yaşananlar sadece kötü bir müşteri deneyimi değil, aynı zamanda ayrımcı ve ırkçı bir tavır izlenimi yaratmıştır. Hiçbir müşteri bu şekilde muamele görmeyi hak etmez. JD Sports gibi uluslararası bir markadan bu derece saygısız, kaba ve ayrımcı bir tutumla karşılaşmak bizleri son derece hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.
