We sat an table in an empty outdoor area. Big waitress shout at us 'no no no no' That moment I thought all the tables are 'reserved' or something. When I asked if those are reserved, she couldn't answer(cos not good english she has) She went to inside to get Menu, asked me back, 'do you want in or out' I was 'out table' already before she stopped us Some kind of joke? Instead of call us out from table, just bring Menu and take an order is real service.
Udon is not a 3 star micheline restaurant.
Then when waiter came to take an order, I explained(complaint) about waitress's behaviour. He said it's, it's couldn't find a word. I said 'racist?' He said it's rules or something.
We ordered salmon tempura?, donkatsu ramen, seafood curry. My son said chashu in ramen tastes not right. Two of us shared 3 meals.
3 hours after I had diarrhea with blood. My son had diarrhea too. After rest from diarrhea(4hours later),we had Mexican food.
I had diarrhea with more blood. I was sick all night. I had an herbal medicine called 'Qist'
Couldn't have a breakfast next morning. I had 'qist' and 'anti-diarrheal' Lastly, with an empty stomach I'd just fart with blood.
I considered to visit hospital. Then from afternoon, I felt better. If I live in seville, I wouldn't let this incident go.
And I'm not sure if it was kitchen or waitress(cause of horrible incident)
Bad food could kill people. I will do 'Anti Udon seville' activity time to time.
P.S. My son told me that I should talked to waiter after got food. Cos when customer complaints, they...
Read moreVery nice looking restaurant. Nice menu. Horrible food and service.
The staff was rushed and seemed annoyed to have us. The menu looked really nice, with a lot of options. We got some veggie gyozas, which were pan fried on one side, as they should be. However, they didn’t have any color, which made them chewy instead of crispy. The gyozas didn’t have any flavor, so the vinegar dipping sauce didn’t help very much. We tried solving it by using some soy sauce, but it didn’t taste like anything. Afterwards we got our mains, one ramen and two servings of chicken yakisoba stir-fry. The ramen was cold and tasteless, to the point of which my friend had to put siracha on each bite, just to taste something. The stir-fry was worse. It wasn’t tasteless. The chicken tasted so bad, we had a hard time getting ourselves to swallow it. While we were eating our mains, we were trying to get the attention of the waitresses, who were really busy putting siracha and “soy sauce” on empty tables. We hadn’t gotten our drinks, when we got the mains. When we finally caught their attention it took them only a few seconds. We walked out of there feeling sick and incredibly disappointed. There wasn’t a single asian flavor in their food, but a lot of “promises”.
None of us would consider returning.
In short: Bad/tasteless food. Annoyed and rushed waitresses. Very nice decoration. Simple and understandable menu. Quite cheap, but the food was in no way worth it. McDonald’s is...
Read moreIt started unpleasantly because four kids who came after me were asked to sit down and because I was alone, nobody welcomed me in. The previous waiter probably mistook me as being part of the group of four. Then I tried to enquire at the cashier's if I could take a seat since although there was a sign to wait outside, clearly other customers didn't pay any heed to it and I could see many empty tables. But he asked me to wait as he was on a call. In the end, I had to raise my voice and ask if I need to keep standing at the entrance or I could take a seat and finally got to go in. But after that there was a really kind woman who served me the food I had chosen and made me feel better. Miso soup wasn't really great, the nori was too chewy and hard, the tofu had already broken while being served, it wasn't hot enough, the taste of tea leaves was a bit in excess. But the guozas were okay, liked the ebi fries too. Would have given a one or two if it wasn't for the lady and her...
