Es una casa con oficinas para el Cabildo de la isla de la Palma. Edificación de algunos siglos atrás, aunque se haya muy cuidada y ha sido restaurada varias veces. Tiene unos jardines muy bonitos y de mucha buena gracia. Actualmente se dedican a las incidencias , resoluciones de los problemas derivados de la explosión volcánica de Cumbre vieja. Tiene un gran parking exterior; ya que se ubica en el llano de Argual. Es como una gran zona arbórea que brinda parking y sombra ....
