Das Bieltor, ein quadratischer Bau, erhebt sich mächtig in der Innenstadt. Seine Gestaltung erinnert den Betrachter an die Zeit, als man sich durch solche Wehranlagen noch Sicherheit vor Feinden versprach. Eine grosse Uhr schmückt hoch oben die Fassade, des sonst eher unwirtlichen Turms. Auf dem Dach schliesst eine Spitze Kuppel den Bau ab. Der Durchgang, früher eine schleusenartige Kontrollstelle, ermöglicht den Fussgänger heute ein...

Toller Markt in der Stadt mit Frischwaren, die das Herz und den Geldbeutel öffnen. Sitzgelegenheit neben dem Turm und beim Amthausplatz, um das schöne Wasserspiel zu geniessen und im Park zu chillen. Wunderschöner Lieblingsplatz und zum Abschluss gehört ein Besuch in der Kaffeehalle einfach dazu. Am frühen Morgen war der Turm nicht geöffnet, doch er ist auch so einen...
