去年在貴店購入Nitro女滑雪鞋一雙，試穿時有一再反應大拇指有壓迫感。當時聽從店員建議用熱塑內靴來調整。 熱塑後雖壓迫有減輕，但不舒適的感覺仍然存在!店員表示:等到了雪地後，腳會熱漲冷縮，那時壓迫感就會消失.... 2/27~3/2北海道5滑3，第一天腳趾就疼痛不已，第二天中午右邊大拇指已經黑青!...

Iski滑雪俱樂部學生的完美福利社，在這裡買了人生第一雙雪靴。感謝靦腆店員的專業服務。 買雪靴本是件滿複雜的工作：首先，店員會先詢問購買的原因與實際使用的情境，會先了解，也幫助顧客自己釐清自己的標的。 量腳之後，並開始不斷的試鞋，期間店員會不斷的輔助試穿，介紹各式鞋子的適性與操作，並詢問你的腳感不適與否，來回尋找適合你的鞋子。 過程中，除了購物這件事也因為店員的專業了解了不少相關知識，對裝備上的疑問，店員能耐心地詳加解答。 整個過程相當輕鬆自在，如果有購買雪靴的需求，個人相當推薦。
