The moment I drove into this park I was in love with it. Big and spacious, beautiful with greenery everywhere and some big ponds. Surprisingly uncrowded.
Just a note, the posted hours on google maps are incorrect. The correct hours are 5am to 8pm. After that the gates will be locked. So come during the daytime.
I love this park and part of me hesitates to write this review since perhaps I don't want it to become more popular. ;) but it deserves it.
Oh yes, if you are easily intimidated by "stray" dogs, do not come here. A motley pack of different-coloured dogs lives in this park, and will likely run past you up to some hijinks once on your visit.

However, dozens of dogs are staying there. Apparently they didn't read the signs on the entrance, where it's clearly written that the place is forbidden to them. Ha ha ha.
Dogs don't care of runners, they are just living there lives. I ran around 10 times here and never...
Read moreRama IX Lanna Park is a fantastic place to escape the city's hustle. It's a very peaceful and uncrowded park, making it the perfect spot to unwind and relax. You can enjoy a leisurely walk or go for a jog along the paths that wind through the greenery and around the ponds.
A great bonus is the area just behind the park, where you'll find a big lake and The Highland People Discovery Museum. It's a nice little addition to your visit if you want to explore something more after your time in the park.
Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic place to spend some...
