Kodung Beer Warehouse Restaurant Bar & Grill, Chiang Mai — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I read about this place but there was very little info for an English speaker. I decided to give it a try and went there just after 5pm on a Wednesday. I was the only customer there and I was met by two lovely ladies that worked there. I do not speak Thai and to make things worse I don't hear well either. Both of the ladies were very patient with me and walked me through the process.

There is a refrigerated case loaded with skewers of meats and vegetables. You pick out what you want and put the skewers on a plate. You the tell them how spicy you would like them, and they are cooked for you. You choose what beer you want and relax while waiting for your food to arrive at your table.

I had a good time At Kodung and will go back. The food was great, but the staff made the experience memorable. They did ask for my covid vaccination card so if you have one you should bring it.
