From the minute we walked into the hotel until the end of our trip everything was just so wonderful with the hotel! We were greeted with such friendly staff! Our check in receptionist, Asia was so professional, very friendly and so informative with everything about the hotel, he also checked us out, I was already explaining to him about booking our next stay with our baby. I love the unique idea of having a cable car to get to your room if you have the hillside room otherwise there is a golf cart too, or of course walk if you want the exercise! The room was so clean and so spacious! The bed is absolutely huge!! I really loved the spa bath and being able to just lay there for hours whilst enjoying the view. I also really appreciate the fact they provide you to be able to use a beach/tote bag to use during your stay. (I wish I bought one as a souvenir, but will do next time!) The amenities are just fantastic! The pool is incredible, so big and long! We love how the beach is just by the pool so if you fancy a walk or dip on the beach thats an option too! As well as a walk to the pier. Also love how there is a swing and a couple of beach cacoons to lay and enjoy the beach. We had so much fun also with feeding and petting the animals in the Petting Zoo again right by the beach! Staff are so lovely to the animals and helps you feed them. We had dinner at the crocodile bar for the BBQ buffet and our waitress Joom & Film were so attentive with us. If our plate was empty they would ask if we wanted more, what we wanted them to get for us from the buffet instead of us having to go and get it ourselves. Exceptional service. We were absolutely thrilled to have been sat at front view to watch the fire show (on the beach) , which was a spectacular sight! The live music was also so nice to hear. I even spoke to Joom about celebrating my mums birthday there and she was so informative about all the questions I had asked. My partner absolutely loved the drinks and desserts at the Bakery. Peak was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and made the best passion fruit juice and the Thai Milk Tea was one of the bests I’ve had! We also had lunch at the Marisa restaurant and our waitress Paula was friendly and very good service! I ordered the sea bass which comes with rice and it was absolutely delicious! Compliments to the chef. Overall this hotel is absolutely amazing, the decor, cleanliness, amenities absolutely fantastic, the gardens all around the hotel are just so beautiful! You can tell a lot of work goes to it, well done to the gardeners! but what makes it amazing are the staff! All so kind and friendly. Thank you everyone, especially to the staffs we had encountered and the ones I have mentioned as they made our stay so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back soon with our baby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa, and I can't say enough good things about this stunning resort! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled along a pristine beach with crystal-clear waters and lush tropical gardens. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered spectacular ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves was truly a dream come true. The amenities are top-notch, with an infinity pool that stretches along the beachfront, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The on-site restaurants serve delicious cuisine, with a great variety of local and international dishes to choose from. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. The staff at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. Whether it was arranging excursions, providing local tips, or simply greeting us with a smile, they made us feel truly welcome. One of the unique features of this resort is the lush, well-maintained gardens filled with exotic plants and even a small zoo with rabbits and turtles that delighted the children. The private beach was never crowded, providing a serene and exclusive atmosphere. Overall, our stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa was nothing short of amazing. It’s the perfect destination for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of Phuket. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

Let’s start with the service we received.. we were 4 adults and 1 infant. We were staying in beach facing rooms..First let me tell you that they are not baby friendly at all.No free food for baby. They charged us for bowl of Rice and 2 small banana too. Room cleaning is pathetic, they don’t change use towels even if you keep them in the floor. You will have to ask for fresh towel. They will just make the bed and rest you’ll will be up to you. May be they do not want to touch your belongings that’s why. But it’s weird. Anyway.. on to the next point… Room is filled with mosquitoes, as their roof of washrooms is open so be ready for rashes. Also, they’ll give you a mosquito repellent spray in the room and if you’re going to use it then be ready to pay for it as well.. WOW. We thought it’s basic to provide mosquito repellent when you know that your rooms are filled with mosquitos. After you come tired from a day trip, you’re not going to get hotel buggy easily available. You’re not going to get any staff near the entrance stair. Conclusion: Staff not friendly at all. They repeat their food menu everyday. Nothing new. Restaurant full of mosquitos. Be very careful. Carry your own repellent. I would suggest to book any known hotels brands. As there services are better then theres. GOOD PROPERTY BUT BAD STAFF.

Had a 2night stay at the hotel and it was 10/10! We got a room near the beach, it was a private beach for the hotel too, extremely quiet and peaceful. You could also go kayaking in the morning when the tides are high and snorkle off the coast to see some beautiful corals We managed to also go to the petting zoo, there was 2 sessions a day and there were so many adorable animals! The pool area was hugeeee, many lounge chairs around as well. We chilled by the pool most of the day and also managed to order some good food from crocodile bar. They have themed buffets on certain days, we had the western buffet on sat, it cost 1650baht/pax, and the meat was so filling and yummy! I esp liked the tenderloin and lamb legs. Breakfast was also a large variety at Marisa restaurant. Also!! they had a cafe, thai sala bakery, they had the best hot choc ever + really yummy cakes and ice cream - super nice to escape from the heat outside but its a pity they close at 6pm Overall it was an amazing stay, so many activities to do + the staff were all sooo friendly and helpful! If you ever find that your room is far away they are also quite ready to drive you and your luggage there in the tuktuk/golf carts. Totally would recommend and visit again!

Great resort to stay with family. Plusses: 1. Resort has an amazing private beach. 2. Very close to Kamala beach and Patong. Free shuttle services to both the places is great. 3. One can easily spend 1-2 entire day at resort. There are plenty of things to do like water activities, swim in the ocean, spend time at pool or simply chill in the lounge area. There are two restaurants (one beach side) and a bar by the pool. 4. If booking directly through the resort site, they will give you good add-ons. We booked for 6 nights and received free airport shuttle from one side, lounge access and 10% discount on F&B. 5. The resort has lots of history with trees older than 200+ years and beautiful random statues every. 6. very helpful and polite staff. Mind from reception was really helpful in accommodating our room related requirements. Eye from reception was also very cheerful. All restaurant staff were great and polite. The transport and exchange counter staff was also very lively and cheerful . Minuses: 1. Nothing major. If you want to party or be at happening place all the time, maybe this is not the right place. 2. Mosquitoes. Keep room doors closed and keep the mosquito repellent on.

My family stayed at this resort for 6 days. The overall impression is that we are dissatisfied. I will list the good things first. The courtyard of the hotel is incredibly beautiful, as if you are in the world's most beautiful garden of plants. Bad things are. The hotel has a beach, but the beach cannot be used because during the day the level of the sea is low and you cannot enter the water due to the stones. If you want to swim in the sea, you have to take a taxi and drive for 5-15 minutes. The hotel is very old and you can see in every part that everything is very old, very much in need of renovation. The staff is not professional as expected for a 5 star hotel. It is very difficult to enjoy the pool because children are very loud in every part of the pool. Hotel food and drinks very expensive. In addition, apartments 2223 and 2225 smell very bad and I had to visit the reception several times to complain, but it was in vain.
