Changing my review after the second time. The first time I was very satisfied, but the following is unacceptable:

-I got an uneven haircut and had to fix it in a different salon; -The hairdresser works alone and tries to pack all the clients into a tight schedule. I came by appointment almost at the opening and she was already with a client. So her assistant washed my hair for 40 (!!!!) MINUTES, for 20 minutes massaging the conditioner into my scalp and my neck (???) to waste some time until I told her to stop it. Everyone knows that conditioner isn’t shampoo and should be washed off after 1 minute and never massaged into the scalp. My head is still itching because of this,...
