Beach was abit dirty, some plastic and rocks, but water was crystal clear! Lots of parked boats but not much traffic. We decided to walk there from the main village through the viewpoints, it took us 2 hours it was quite a hike in flip flops! Through the jungle. Lots of bugs and mosquitoes make sure to bring bug spray. Route wasn’t easy. But anyone who is looking for some hike and adventure should do it. We took a taxi boat for 600 back. Read moreThis could / should be a stunning spot… however, it is an absolute rubbish field of a beach. Plus the old abandoned/ seemingly half built resort is an eyesore that should be bulldozed or cleaned up and restored. The walk from here to Loh Ba Kao bay reveals more rubbish dumps and mess. A really sad site.

Read moreShame on the Thai government for allowing this filth to perpetually get worse year after year. The government of Thailand should clean this place immediately. I will be writing letters and filing complaints to the government. Hopefully we can get this place cleaned up somehow. If the Government does not do it hopefully we can organize a team of people for community service. I'm even thinking about paying some locals to clean it up myself to give back to the community here out...
