Buffalo Head — Restaurant in Krabi Province

Best bar and Restaurant this side of the island. The owners are fantastic. It's not just the hospitality shown by them and the entire staff but also the food and drinks. We had a lot of meals here and also tried 4 of the other restaurants. This was the best by far. We ate all kinds of dishes from. Curry to chicken satay and even a hamburger. The smoothies are great too. They also do little things like have games to play at the tables, kids are very welcome and played with even, the little things like bringing out small dishes of nuts or fries for our toddler or crackers and even some delicious fried sweet potato balls that tasted like mini donuts. We stumbled upon this place while staying in a resort nearby. We were just going to grab a drink but ended up having a much better than expected dinner! The service here is nice. The staff was friendly and the food was delicoius. If you’re looking to get some more authentic Thai food away from the nearby resorts I highly recommend this spot. I totally prejudged thinking it was a “spring break” kind of bar (which it looks like from the outside) but ended up being quite impressive. I wanted a burger so I order the buffalo burger, and I I thought I would be a safe bet since it was named after the place. Not available. Waiter gave me another menu without their signature burger. No big deal I thought, so I order the cheeseburger. Wife ordered the Club Burger. It came without cheese and it looked different from the picture. The patty was about the size of a quarter. No ketchup for the fries. Also they couldn’t make cocktails or any specialty shots, besides just pouring the liquor out of the bottle. I’m shocked this place...
