Update 2024:

This place just keeps getting worse! It’s just a total scam to rob you of money. The Phuket government needs to do something about this place as its seriously damaging Phukets reputation.

I came here to give the place another try as I saw photos they had a swimming pool.

Bear in mind we came on a Monday afternoon when it was raining.

I explained we wanted to go for something to eat, then if the rain stops we would rent some sunbed. Quite a reasonable request.

But no ฿200 per person just to enter! No chair or anything included.

To make matters worse they even said it would be free for Phuket locals (my girlfriend is from Phuket) but because she is with me, she has to pay!

Absolute joke and a scam. ฿200 just to enter a restaurant?

Anyway came instead to the Hideout on Tri Trang beach down the down where it is the complete opposite. Free entrance, free sun beds, free pool, no bag searches, good customer service and very reasonably priced food.

Take it from a Phuket resident for many years, stay away from this place.

———————————————————————-

Open again but the service has gone seriously downhill!

Firstly the price last year was 100thb with a free drink for any sun-bed. Now it’s 100 without the drink (ok same as the everywhere else). However if you have been before, the nice double seats at the front are now VIP only and are 1000THB per day with 500THB of food & drink included.

Now it could be most of the staff are new since the reopening but the service is really bad. Seems most of them just want to sit at the bar all day and chat with their mates leaving a couple of poor English speakers to try and serve everyone. e.g I asked for a food menu, waited 10 minutes for someone to come back only for the guy to take the menu without taking my order!!! I just went to the bar and ordered myself in the end. They used to come and move the umbrellas around etc when the sun moved but all that has gone.

They are also searching bags on entry for food and drink which is an invasion of privacy and is totally wrong!!

Location, food and menu is still good so maybe with some staff training they can get good again. I’m here for a long time so will update if the...

We attended the full moon party and paid $15,000bht for the VIP experience. What an absolute scam this place is. The VIP tickets state that you will have $10,000bht to spend on drinks throughout the evening, and this is partially true. You cannot put this money towards cocktails, buckets, or softdrinks. It is only redeemable through bottle service, and $5,000bht per bottle.

Even though bottles are advertised as coming with 2Ltrs of mixers, we were provided 1Ltr of mixers for every bottle purchased. Bringing this to the attention of the staff resulted in being told that any additional mixers could be purchased at $300bht each.

The complimentary shuttle service that runs about every 45min is a free for all. So unless you're comfortable throwing elbows, plan on spending several hours waiting to get on a shuttle bus to get to the event.

So what do you get for your VIP tickets? The advertisement beverages - NO. Even when you present them the written confirmation of your inclusions, you can go F#@k yourself. Priority boarding on the shuttle - NO. You need to fight with everyone else trying to get on the bus Priority entry into the event - NO. You like up and wait like everyone else Free T-shirt - NO. Everyone who books a non-vip ticket online gets one, but not VIPs. A cushion to sit on - Yes, but it's not covered, and if it's raining then your VIP seating is out in the rain. Deal with it.

The whole business model appears to be to take people's money, isolate them, then under-deliver, short-change them, and extort even more money from them, knowing full well that there's not a damn thing they can do about it.

The final insult comes when you attempt to leave. The owners have employees stationed on the road about 1km from the entrance. These employees prevent Grab, Bolt, or taxi drivers that aren't associated with the venue from collecting clients. This means that to get back to civilization, you need to pay approximately 3 to 4 times the regular price for a ride. It's absolutely disgusting.

It's places like this that give...

I know some people are surprised by the entrance fees, but let’s be clear: this is a beach club, not a public beach. The fees go toward maintaining its cleanliness, service, and amenities — and in my opinion, it’s worth it if you’re prepared.

Here’s how it works: • Organise a taxi or tuk tuk from your hotel — we paid around 400 baht from Patong. • On arrival, as clearly stated on their website, no boom boxes, outside drinks, or cameras are allowed. These are collected and returned when you leave. • You’ll pay 200 baht per person for entry. This doesn’t include anything (despite what the website says about lockers — we had to pay an extra 100 baht for one). • A free shuttle then takes you down to the beach.

At the beach, you’ve got a few options: • Day bed with pool access: 1000 baht • Sun bed hire: unsure of exact cost (possibly 200+ baht) • Or just bring your own towel and lie on the sand for free.

You can also: • Rent a paddle board for 200 baht (30 mins) • Hire a JetSki (~1700 baht) • Try snorkelling or book a massage (~400 baht)

Again – it’s a beach club. If you’re after a free experience, head to a public beach. Some reviews complain about the costs, but compared to places like Kudo Beach Club in Patong (where sunbeds start from 6000 baht), this is quite reasonable.

They also have a full food and drink menu. We ordered a margarita pizza, fish & chips, fried wings, Thai noodles, two Lipton iced teas, and a Perrier, all for 1300 baht — not bad at all.

Total cost for the day (1 teen + 1 adult, including food, entry & transport): 3500 baht / $165 AUD. Try getting a full day out like that at Magnetic Island in QLD!

The beach itself varies with the tide. Low tide = rocky and not ideal for swimming, but at high tide it’s much better. The water is crystal clear with lots of fish — great for snorkelling or diving (which my husband and his mate have done here before).

Overall: I had a great day. Just go in prepared and enjoy the experience instead of...

So my friend Jill and I we decided to come and check out paradise beach this is one of the beaches I’ve been wanting to check out in Phuket and I’m so happy we went I love the marine life here that you can see actively participating with us and just living their life doing what they want and it’s just awesome to see that in their natural habitat! I follow this little crab 🦀 journey on a video which you can watch on my YouTube channel Follow Fauzia as it is too long to post here! 😎😎 But I really enjoyed coming here it’s like paradise Beach is in a little enclave off of the Tri Trang area and beach! 🏖️ apparently there’s going to be a full moon party here on April 27 and fortunately I will be here however I won’t be able to attend that party! Anyway you don’t have to pay any entrance fee come to Paradise Beach apparently people used to pay before but I think there was a crack down on here that you’re not supposed to be paying here to go to the beach ! There is a Songteaw will take you down to the actual Paradise Beach because it’s very steep and a bit rocky so there is transport available for FREE 🆓 FREE 🆓… So you don’t have to pay anybody the last transport to go back up on the hill to your vehicle is 6:30 PM ! if you don’t make that then you have to walk up that steep climb yourself so make sure you get that! Highly recommended to come to the beach and just have a nice Chillaxing day bring a little picnic basket I do believe they may have food here for you but definitely do not leave trash anywhere we don’t need any more plastic in our oceans! 🌊🙂‍↕️💕💕💕💕💕 Follow Fauzia for more Phuket 🤓adventures and beyond and we’re gonna hit a few more great sites and make sure to follow us on Instagram, and of course here to get our other reviews insights! 🤩🤩🤩🥳🤩🤩
