I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Cozy Cafe Phuket, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by the super friendly and hospitable staff. Their attentiveness and cheerful demeanor immediately made me feel at home.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the stunning view. The cafe is perfectly situated with an unobstructed view of the ocean, creating a tranquil and picturesque ambiance. Whether you're sitting inside or enjoying the breeze on the terrace, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking and makes for a perfect backdrop while you unwind.

As for the drinks, they are nothing short of spectacular. Each beverage is beautifully presented and tastes even better than it looks. I tried a few different options, and every one of them was delicious, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and a lot of care. Extremely Disappointed – Unwelcoming and Rude Policy

We were a family of 7, including 4 senior citizens, hoping to find a nice place to relax and dine in Phuket. Unfortunately, our experience with Cozy Cafe was anything but cozy. Upon arrival, we simply asked to have a quick look at the venue before deciding to dine—something any reasonable customer would do, especially with elderly family members. Shockingly, the hostess outright refused unless we committed to ordering 7 items up front, without even allowing us a glimpse inside.

We felt deeply insulted and embarrassed. This kind of treatment is unacceptable—especially for a place that markets itself as “cozy” and welcoming. We had every intention of ordering food and drinks once we knew the place suited our needs. Instead, we were turned away with zero courtesy or hospitality.

This is not how guests should be treated—especially in a tourist-friendly area like Phuket. We hope management seriously reconsiders this rigid, unfriendly approach. Hospitality should begin before an order is placed—not just after you've collected the bill.

We dined in here today May 21st around 2:20pm. At first everything was perfect the staff are friendly and accommodating, however, when we followed up our chicken wings and asked the girl in the picture, she responded in a very rude way “do you want to eat a raw chicken”. We were shocked because instead of saying how long do we need to wait and apologized, she replied very unprofessional. We are almost done eating when they served the raw chicken, the pizza took forever before they served it too. The staff talked to us, asked an apology, and told us that the girl who is Very Rude is their MANAGER. The Manager who is in the picture is so disrespectful, and not even apologized of what she said. This kind of Manager is not a perfect role model to her staff. We searched a popular cafe in Phuket and expecting to have a great customer service but then, our experience was terrible because of the Manager.
