Recently, the juristic management tried to collect overcharged fine from my neighbor. their scheme is to make a living out of tenants by overcharge on fixing, get to 10 times the real cost. Be aware! I rented the apartment on 14th floor from Air BnB. This place was amazing! The rooms are extremely nice and the view is very good.

The building have a infinity pool and even has a gym. Skywalk residence has ultra premium flats available on airbnb at a very reasonable price. This place even has a night club at the rooftop along side a helipad.

The location is also very nice and it has lot of convenient stores just on the ground floor.

This apartment looks like a great place to live. In fact it has a great location, the guards are wonderful and there are a lot of places nearby where you can eat. However, DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management here is ridiculous and abrasive. Our apartment has on no less than on 3 occasions had someone attempt to open the door including once with a key. My wife was home alone during two of these attempts. For the price you can rent many other options...
