(EN) Very calm place, without as many tourist as Ayutthaya city center. It’s a small temple, not much to see, but I was lucky to be there during the golden hour which made my visit a magical moment. (FR) Endroit très calme, sans autant de touristes qu’au centre d’Ayutthaya. C’est un petit édifice, pas grand chose à voir aux alentours mais, j’ai eu la chance d’y être pendant le coucher de soleil ce qui a rendu ce moment vraiment beau. (ES) Lugar muy tranquilo, sin tantos turistas como en el centro de Ayutthaya. Es un edificio pequeño, no hay mucho que ver alrededor, pero tuve la suerte de estar allí durante la puesta de sol, lo que hizo que el momento fuera realmente hermoso.

アユタヤ旧市街の島内、西側に点在する遺跡群の中の一つで、寺院の周囲をアユタヤ王朝時代の運河に囲まれており、通常の手段では見に行くことができない遺跡です。 行く場合には、隣接するアユタヤ遺跡の修復を担当している政府機関であるファインアート部門の敷地内を通る必要があり、許可がない限り入ることができないという場所にあります。 敷地内にはクメール様式のメインチェーディー（仏塔）と礼拝堂の跡、周辺を囲むレンガ壁といった建築物が残っている小さな仏教寺院遺跡です。 遺跡調査によってアユタヤ王朝初期に建立されたと考えられていますが、正確な建立時期や理由などは分かっておらず、王朝創立期よりも古い時代に作られたバラモン教の寺院だった可能性もあるといわれています。
