When i pick up on February 18, the guy bought out my luggage I saw the zipper lock at the front, I was surprised a little bit, Because when I pack my close inside I pack very nice and I zip everything, and I also had luggage cover and I put the key lock all the way behind, after I got to the hotel I open my luggage it's something missing and the small zipper was open also zipper at the bottom of the suitcase it also opened, I zipper everything, thank God I didn't leave something important, only my branches new Thrit is gone, It's not expensive but the staff shouldn't touch any or open customers luggage, this is my bad experience If you gonna leave your luggage better take a picture and do not leave anything expensive or should open and check right when the guy hand out...
