I came back on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 9-10 am as I wanted to have a porridge for breakfast. The waitress who took order was nice. However, the payment process took so long with the lady who has a fringe and ponytail brown hair as she took my credit card and never came back. I was worried about my card and needed to check it out by myself. She was chatting with her colleagues and didn't even batch an eye on me. It was her college who helped hand my card, that the staff who took my card completely forgot about it. Please please please improve the service! It's a shame that the food was good but the staff especially the waits ware always the one putting the impression down.

The service has drastically changed from a month ago when I gave 5 stars for this restaurant. I waited for 5 minutes just only to get the menu and the store didn't seem to be that busy (many empty tables). I went to this branch last month when the shop was full and needed to wait for them to clean the table, but the servers were more enthusiastic and ready to help than this time. The food didn't come with napkins so I needed to go get one for myself because there were no servers in the inner area available. I didn't get the drink since they didn't have the ingredient and I didn't want to wait longer for the drink. Although the servers are polite, the service needs to level up to match the standards. At least the management should tackle why they are short of staff or what to do when the staff end their shift and no other staff is available. I really hope they...

I love a Coffee Club and seek them out often in Bangkok as a nice oasis. But unfortunately DMK's was not up to snuff today. Have family visiting and I vouched for Coffee Club over Starbucks at the airport. Bad idea. Took forever to get drinks. And process was chatoic with multiple employees tripping over each other trying to make/ call out/ deliver drinks. Wasn't too busy with patrons so this chaos and wait time wasn't logical. Also ordered some pastries. One was forgotten but not worth the hassle of jumping into the chaos to say anything to get it sorted out. I then took a sip of my latte, it was made with the wrong type of milk which is frustrating when you pay more for the alternative milk. But again, knew it would take too long to get it fixed so not worth it.

In the end we got to gate and airline wouldn't let us board with the coffees anyway... not Coffee Club's fault but more salt in the wound after the less than enjoyable procurement experience! Bottom line, maybe this was a fluke day for them but next time I'll go with one of the other coffee...

We ate at this cafe yesterday. The food was fine and there was a special advertised for all you can drink beer, wine and cocktails. The price stated that it was 115 THB for the beer, We ordered two beers and had lunch and then we asked the waitress if the second one would definitely be free - just to make sure - and she said yes. So since we had another hour to wait, we ordered a second bottle of Chang. When we got the bill they charged us for all four. A couple of the servers rudely said it was our mistake and refused to consider changing the bill. We were disappointed at the lack of professionalism. At the very least they should have acknowledge and apologised for their miscommunication. So be aware that it is false advertising and the servers either don’t understand or are misleading the customers. We fly through Bangkok often and will not return or recommend this cafe after...
