Nhân viên tính tiền ngay quầy xôi phân biệt đối xử, biết là bên đây sẽ ko nói tiếng việt nên mình đã nói tiếng anh ( đúc kết được sau mấy lần đi mua đồ ở bên đây thì dù cho họ biết TV cũng ko nói lại với bạn bằng TV đâu) " i need one - và chỉ 1 hộp xôi trên quầy" nhưng mà nhân viên bán hàng đã nạt vô mặt mình khi mình hỏi mua xôi " pát po" nói rất to ( thái độ rất rất ko tốt và ko hề có chủ ngữ vị ngữ) lúc đó bạn nói to nhưng phát âm cũng ko chuẩn nên mình ko hiểu là đang nói gì ( đây là lần đầu mình mua xôi ở sân bay ko biết là mua xôi cũng cần pp) khi mình hỏi lại thì trong lúc ngơ ngác mình có hỏi bằng tiếng việt " là sao chị" thì bạn nạt thẳng vô mặt mình luôn, đến bạn mình đứng xa ở ngoài còn nghe mà chạy lại nữa khúc đó là mình đã rất cọc và định ko mua nữa rồi nên bạn mình mới chạy lại nghe xem chuyện gì, thì bạn nhân viên đó mới phát âm lại, lúc này 2đứa mới hiểu là cần pp và vé máy bay Khúc phân biệt đối xử là đây, trước mình cũng có 1 bạn người TQ tính tiền, bạn đó vẫn nói tiếng trung như bth và nhân viên nghe đc hiểu đc và thái độ rất niềm nở nhưng sau khi đến mình thái độ rất kì và khi mình mua xong cũng ko hề thân thiện cảm ơn như với bạn TQ đó Thật, chưa bao giờ đi sân bay nước ngoài mà gặp trường hợp như vậy, đợt mình đi Sing ai cũng rất nice từ người dân đến nhân viên sân bay hay nhân viên bán hàng cũng vậy. Here's the discrimination part, before I had a Chinese person who was paying the bill, that person still spoke Chinese like the boss and the staff could understand it and had a very welcoming attitude, but after I arrived, my attitude was very strange. Worst customer service ever at the cashier counters. Stood in front for quite awhile while the cashiers served 2-3 customers from the side. Don’t seem to have a queue system but they decided to serve customers from the side instead of in front of them. The audacity and disrespect was infuriating… I finally asked one of the staff if there was a queue and he settled the payment for me promptly but there was neither an apology nor a thank-you…😪

2024 Here again for layover. 2023 Seems like there are many King Power duty free shops along the departure hall but this is the biggest selling cosmetics and fragrance here though not all are cheaper. Laneige lip mask is definitely cheaper! Shop selling liqour is at other area of the hall.

Worst customer service ever at the cashier counters. Stood in front for quite awhile while the cashiers served 2-3 customers from the side. Don’t seem to have a queue system but they decided to serve customers from the side instead of in front of them. The audacity and disrespect was infuriating… I finally asked one of the staff if there was a queue and he settled the payment for me promptly but there was neither an apology nor a thank-you…😪

2024 Here again for layover. 2023 Seems like there are many King Power duty free shops along the departure hall but this is the biggest selling cosmetics and fragrance here though not all are cheaper. Laneige lip mask is definitely cheaper! Shop selling liqour is at other area of the hall.

至於其他美粧公司,要提醒游客,切勿跟随街上突然出现并靠近你的销售人员进入商店。他们很可能会围住你,除非你花了一大笔钱购买了价格虚高、质量低劣的化妆品,否则不会放你走。在香港尖沙咀等旅游区,或者像泰国曼谷拉玛九等等受中国人喜欢的热门购物中心,要格外小心,坚决拒绝任何引诱你进店的行为。即使你不小心进去了,也请记住不要递上你的信用卡。可能会向你收取更高的费用,并试图说服你购买更多商品。以前我就高价買了不知名產品,回家上纲一看,原来可以在amazon 及ebay 以極低价買到,是十分之一,在那公司自己的網店,也便宜得多,公司英文名以L开頭,以E 结尾

why? i had bad experience at other shops, many other unscrupulous cosmetics/skin care shops, especially in tourist hotspots like tsimshatsui,hongkong, preyed on tourists, even local residents, with sales representatives, ladies, looking friendly with smile, out on streets trying to lure/invite customers into their shops and then surround with many other staff with forceful or high pressure sales pitch and won't let you leave until you spend a great sum of money buying their inferiour or very lowly ranked company brand cosmetics at grossly inflated price, using and handover your credit card to them for payment is even worse, they will try squeeze more from you out of it, i once had a painful personal experience, the shop's name begin with L… ending with e, after i paid a hefty sum, i later went on the internet, i found that i could buy the exactly same products online at amazon at fraction almost one tenth of the price, further checking on their own website, i could also buy much.much more cheaper, i am not very sure if the staff were even pocketing some money illegally without informing their own employer/company, i also found out that the unscrupulous company ranked very low in the world cosmetic industry ranking, ranked 1001 amonst 1013 named competitors by Tracxn, also, most customers dissatisfied according to Yelp, a renowned website for customer to write review on businesses

i had also similar experience at grand rama 9, a shop selling cosmetic brand with english name begin with k

so i now made up my mind, only buy from reputable company like king power and well known brand beauty and skin...

This duty free deserves zero stars. They are scammers. I bought some Biotherm (Life Plankton Essence . It is normally gel-like, this bottle was watery and when applied to my skin, it felt different from the original, real stuff). I noticed it was discounted by 300 baht. When i got home and opened it, the plastic wrap was not the original wrap, but rather fake. The product itself had been thinned down with water and it wasn’t even to the top of the bottle.
