It has come to my attention that your shop refuses to allow motorbikes to park near the entrance, seemingly favoring car customers under the assumption that they possess higher purchasing power. This policy not only unfairly targets motorbike riders but also has detrimental consequences for our environment and traffic congestion.
By forcing motorbike drivers to park further away from the entrance and promoting cars above motorbikes, you inadvertently promote higher CO2 emissions and contribute to traffic congestion, which is both unethical and unsustainable. In an era when sustainability and environmental responsibility should be at the forefront of business practices, such policies are outdated and regressive. They do not align with the values and expectations of the 21st century.
I strongly urge Index Shopping to reconsider and revise these parking policies. Fair treatment of all customers, regardless of their mode of transportation, should be a fundamental principle of any business. Moreover, adopting environmentally friendly practices is not only responsible but also increasingly demanded by customers and society as a whole.
Update December 2023:they now have a motorbike parking at the entrance so today I even bought a bed and a mattress. Changing from one star to 5 Stars as staff was...
Read moreI am a regular customer of Index Living Mall and I’ve always enjoyed shopping here. I really love the wide selection, good quality of products, and the pleasant atmosphere in the store.
However, today I was very disappointed with the level of service. I didn’t take a cart at the beginning, but as I continued shopping, I picked up quite a few items. I had to carry everything in my hands all the way to the checkout, and not a single staff member offered to help or bring me a basket.
But as soon as I approached the cashier, a sales assistant quickly came up to me and silently showed her badge, apparently to make it look like she had been assisting me all along so she could get credit for the sale — even though she hadn’t approached me once during my shopping. This behavior felt very unprofessional and unpleasant.
I strongly urge the store management to pay attention to the level of customer service and provide proper training or guidance to the staff. For now, unfortunately, I can only give one star, even though I really like your store and hope that things will improve...
Read morePlease don't buy here. I bought a desktop chair in this shop, they didn't have in stock. I received my order and the welding of chair was not ok, I couldn't setup the chair.
I go to the shop but told me "We only sell, we don't have after-sales service. They told me that some service in bangkok will call me but they didn't. I come back with my thai friend to know what do, they try to acting to do something to finally say "Wait for customer service call you back, we only seller..."
One week I have this chair in my living room and nobody care.
They really nice to sell, but after that they make all their possible to not help you.
The most funny is when you go in shop, have 5 people to sell for only one small section, everyone in their phone, nobody help you.
100% better to go Index just in front of Square index. When I had trouble they help for for the after-service.
Square index only sell, take their commision and doesn't care of you after that.
Use Shopee or another...
