Great, clean and vintage masjid. Near the Maltepe Park. Surrounding of the masjid is very good, tree and spacious, clean yards. The exterior of the masjid is beautiful, vintage, Sophisticated, it kept the turkish ornament since it built. The ladies praying area is on top, you can access through backdoor of the masjid. There's chairs, sajada, and tasbih available to use. The wudhu/abdest area is not attached to the masjid is located outside the masjid, on left front of the Masjid check the sign the were sign in the abdest building for man and woman area

Die von Recai Akçay entworfene Moschee wurde zwischen 1954 und 1959 erbaut. Der Bau der Moschee wurde von der 1950 gegründeten "Vereinigung für den Bau einer Moschee in Ankara Maltepe" (später umbenannt in "Ankara Maltepe Mosque Construction and Sustenance Associatio") durchgeführt. Die Moschee, die architektonisch den klassischen osmanischen Moscheen ähnelt und aus behauenem Stein besteht, hat eine einzige Kuppel und zwei Minarette. Das quadratisch geplante Gotteshaus wird durch zahlreiche Buntglasfenster erhellt. Surah Fatiha ist auf der Spitze der Kuppel geschriebe . Die Wände der Moschee sind mit bis zu 5 Meter hohen Kütahya-Fliesen bedeckt. Der äußere Versammlungsraum im Norden ist mit fünf kleinen Kuppeln bedeckt. Wir besichtigten es am 10.07.2022 und beschreibe es im "Reisebericht 110 Ankara Tarihi" ausführlich.

İnsana caminin gerçek evi olduğunu, hem ruha hem vücuda hem kalbe, her zerresine herhangi bir insandan daha iyi geldiğini hatırlatan; Allah'tan başka kimseye muhtaç olmamamız gerektirdiğini öğreten güzel bir cami. İçerisi, şadırvanı, tuvaleti gayet temiz. Demirtepe metro istasyonuna yakın bir mesefade olan güzel manzarali hoş bir cami. İçerisinde ruhu huzur dolduran motifler ve güzel şık bir halısı var. İnşallah bu cami ve bunun gibi camiler başta olmak üzere tüm camiler, cümlemizin içini her zaman ferahlık doldurur.

Klasik bir Osmanlı Cami stili ve görünümünde, kubbe, minare ve diğer detaylar ile bu görüş oldukça sağlam temellere dayanıyor. Giriş kısmında kocaman bir ( kubbenin üst kısmında Fatiha suresi yazıyor.) duvarları çiniler ile kaplı. Hoş bahçesi, asırlık ağaçları ile çok güzel görünümü ve panaromik yapısı ve çevresi çevreye hâkimliği vb açıdan dikkat çekiyor...

Ferahlığı, tasarımı ve konumu itibariyle çok güzel bir cami. 1950’li yıllarda inşa edilmiş ancak sanki Osmanlı döneminden kalmış gibi bir havası var. Avlusu çok geniş ve ferah. Avludaki ağaçlar ve caminin bakımı ayrı bir güzellik katıyor. Lavaboları ve şadırvanları oldukça temiz. Ayrıca Bebek bakım odası var.
