Brand Coffee House — Restaurant in Çankaya

Firstly, the hazelnut iced coffee was fantastic. It was the best I've had in a long time. The balance between the coffee's bitterness and its sweetness was just right.

Unfortunately, the service was far from it. I had issues paying via my phone and couldn't shake the feeling that the waiter was not happy about it. Ultimately, it was my mistake, but I was able to pay.

Then I used the toilet, which was clean and tidy. However, there was no toilet paper or paper towels. When I told the waiter and asked for some, he seemed reluctant but was kind enough to give me some paper towels. However, instead of checking the dispensers, he told me that there should have been toilet paper. At best, I might have missed the toilet paper (although the dispenser was empty), but you could have shown me. Why wouldn't I look for toilet paper when I needed it? Instead of acknowledging this, the waiter chose to contradict me and refused to admit that the paper towels were missing too.

I hope that in future, the place keeps an eye on necessary items like paper towels. The iced coffee...

Ankara'da Anıtkabir'in karşısında konumlanan yeni bir kahve dükkanı. Bugün grupça burada güzel vakit geçirirken bir yandan da çilekli limonata, naneli limonata, türk kahvesj, americano, flat white ve lotus cheesecake deneyimledik.
