Mall of Istanbul: The Grand Disappointment in Istanbul I was so excited to visit the Mall of Istanbul, having heard it was one of the largest and most impressive malls in Turkey. Unfortunately, my experience was a complete letdown. First, the mall is absolutely massive and incredibly confusing to navigate. It's easy to get lost in the maze of corridors and escalators, and it's impossible to find your way back to where you started. The signage is terrible, and the staff is unhelpful and often doesn't speak English. The selection of stores is also underwhelming. While there are a few big-name brands, most of the shops are local chains that you've never heard of. The prices are high, and the quality of the merchandise is often poor. The food court is a disaster. It's overcrowded and noisy, and the food options are limited and overpriced. There are long lines for everything, and the food takes forever to arrive. The overall atmosphere of the mall is just depressing. It's dark and gloomy, and there's a general feeling of disorganization and neglect. The mall is dirty and poorly maintained, and there are several areas that are under construction or simply unfinished. Overall, I would not recommend visiting the Mall of Istanbul. It's a waste of your time and money. There are much better shopping malls in Istanbul, and I would suggest you go there instead. Here are some specific points that I would like to highlight in my review: The mall is poorly designed and confusing to navigate. The signage is terrible, and the staff is unhelpful. The selection of stores is limited and the prices are high. The food court is overcrowded and noisy, and the food options are limited and overpriced. The overall atmosphere of the mall is depressing and neglected. The mall is dirty and poorly maintained. I would also like to add that the Mall of Istanbul is not wheelchair-accessible. There are no elevators or escalators that are accessible to people with disabilities. In conclusion, the Mall of Istanbul is a complete disappointment. It's a waste of your time and money, and I would not recommend visiting it.

The first time I've heard of Mall Of Istanbul was probably when I was 12 years old and I can say that I was really curious to explore this place. Today was the day that I visited this massive shopping mall and I can say that I am impressed but not thoroughly. I went to the cinema to watch SAW 10 and it was really good but the popcorn prices are absolutely ridiculous. There is no option to get popcorn on its own. Rather, you can only get that along with coke and the prices are literally 100 lira. I don't know if that would be cheap for you but there is no way it would worth more than 70 lira for 2 cans of coke and a bucket of popcorn. After the cinema I went to a jacket potato restaurant and I had one jacket potato along with a can of coke. I paid 150 lira in total which I think was a bit expensive. There are tens of different brands to choose from which I think is really convenient as this caters to different budgets. When I went to the loo, I was absolutely disgusted by how horrible and obnoxious the toilets looked. They need to hire more people to keep the toilets clean because it looked like a cesspit. I don't even want to talk about the smell in there as I tried to hold by breath. All in all I would go back to that mall but they need to sort out the toilet issue.

Visiting Mall of Istanbul was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and an impressive array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The architecture is stunning, blending modern design with traditional Turkish elements seamlessly. Exploring the diverse range of stores, from high-end boutiques to well-known brands, left me spoilt for choice. The variety of dining options catered to every palate, offering delicious meals amidst a welcoming ambiance. What truly sets Mall of Istanbul apart is its commitment to entertainment. Whether catching the latest blockbuster at the cinema, enjoying family-friendly activities, or indulging in thrilling experiences at the amusement park, there's never a dull moment. The staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the mall's convenient location and ample parking make it easily accessible for locals and tourists alike. Overall, Mall of Istanbul exceeded my expectations, providing a memorable shopping and leisure experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dynamic and enjoyable outing in Istanbul.

Not a mall person but popped into this one to see it. It’s a mall lover’s heaven - it is huge. Has everything and anything in it. We barely covered a small portion of it. Lot of designer and local brands all under one giant roof. Food options and cafes also seemed endless including Shake Schack and Cinnabon. Sephora, Zara, Mango, Benetton, Ugg, Armani Exchange, Beymen Club, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Gant, Guess, Harry Potter Store, Lacoste, Massimo Dutti, Swarovski, Tommy Hilfiger, Vakko Boutique, Boyner, and more… local customers and a lot of international customers come to shop and spend the day. It has an arcade and a movie theater. The downside is that it is far out from the city center so it takes effort and time to get there. There are taxis busses and a metro that goes there. However, it is 30 min from the International airport so it can be made into a pit stop while you leave. I can see why people shop here, for the most part prices are lower than that of other countries. So especially international customers walk around with bags and bags of purchases.

The Mall of Istanbul is a great place in the heart of Istanbul where you can shop till you drop. They have all sorts of stores like Zara and H&M for clothes, and places like Louis Vuitton and Gucci for fancy stuff. You can find everything from cool gadgets to stylish clothes, so it's perfect for anyone who loves shopping. One special place inside the mall is Hello Sweetie, a dream for anyone who loves sweets. They have all kinds of chocolates, candies, and treats from everywhere. Whether you like fancy chocolates or just want some old-fashioned candy, Hello Sweetie has it all to satisfy your sweet cravings. After shopping, you can grab a bite at one of the many restaurants in the Mall of Istanbul. They have Turkish food, Italian food, and lots more, so there's something for everyone. You can also watch the latest movies at the cinema or have fun on rides at the amusement park. It's a fun place to hang out with friends and family and enjoy a whole day of shopping and entertainment.
