Al Falahi Tower comprises Tower A & Tower B with a small number of shops, cafes & fast food restaurants at the base. There are 3 levels of parking garage below accessed via a security gate from the rear of the blocks.
Each tower has its own pedestrian access, Tower A having a concierge member of staff on duty 24/7. Tower B doesn't. Tower B has two lifts and two staircases leading up to each floor, of which there are 17 in total. The two residential blocks are lovely, block B is a circular block whilst block A is a more traditional almost rectangular shape. The residential blocks I'd give a rating of 4 stars whilst the shopping centre a rating of 3 as it's lacking in depth.
There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, launderettes and mobile phone repair shops in the immediate area. These do, in part, make up for the depth and variety of shops in the Al Falahi Tower shopping centre.
Construction is still on going in the area. The Corniche is approximately 20 minutes by taxi & cost approximately £5.
There is a small Carefour in the base of the tower block next door, whilst the large main Carefour supermarket is about 10 to 15 minutes by taxi, again no more than £5.
The Al Falahi Tower shopping centre could do with a few more shops to make it a shopping centre, but there's plenty of shops near by to make up for that.
As for living locally there's sufficient shops to provide for your every day needs plus a great variety of tea & coffee shops plus restaurants which provide food from almost every continent. Our favourites were Mosiac & Shakespeare & Co; both were excellent.
The area is busy, quite vibrant and has easy access to the main resorts, like Warner Bros World, Ferrari World and Yas Island which is no more than thirty minutes. The Abu Dhabi Airport is a little less at...

Really well located. Baqala right below, a 2 minute walk to carrefour, loads of restaurants nearby and cafeterias etc (sultan bakeries has really good manakish), viva is about 5 minutes away (by car), a nice huge park 15 minutes away (doesn’t have any facilities like a playground for kids),McDonald’s and domino’s not too far away; many more الحمد لله. Sheikh Zayed grand mosque is max 10 minutes away, mushrif mall is not too far away. The route to Dubai is also closer from here.
Although the gym needs some deep cleaning time to time, not a big...

No need to book on taxis because it's always available!
