He is telling you should bring change or pay using card and I can’t clean the fish. Be aware when you go carry coins or hand full of change else your fish can’t be cleaned.
My bill was just AED 13.50, and since I didn’t have the exact amount in cash, I expected the staff to be understanding. Unfortunately, the cashier was extremely rude and dismissive.
What made the situation worse was the lack of any supervisor on duty to resolve the issue. The cashier, who seemed to be of Nepalese nationality, was not only unhelpful but also spoke rudely to multiple customers, showing no respect or willingness to assist.
