It has a huge lobby with 10 lifts (8 + 2 service lifts). Quran tilawat is played ground floor lobby in a very soft volume which is very soothing and calming!

There is a masjid right in front of the building. It has a service floor above 15th floor. On S floor there is a mosque in the building. The imam is good. He also teaches quran to kids. The service team is good. They will attend whenever you complain. The security guards are also very good.

First 7 floors has parking, free for 2 BHK and 3BHK residents. There is a covered swimming pool on the ground floor and a gymnasium in the building which is free for all residents in the building. The timings for ladies and gents are seperate.

The overall look and ambience of the building is lovely. There are 20 flats on each floor. This building has 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats. The best part is that this building mostly has families staying here who are very decent. Very few bachelors live here.

All the rooms are build with modern amenities. You get modular kitchen with chimney and wardrobes in all bedrooms, well build bathrooms with modern fittings and modern led lights in all rooms! All the flats have wooden flooring. Because of these wooden flooring the floor doesn't become very cold due to AC. Its comfortable to walk around without slippers and sit on the floor withour carpet!!

There is a grocery store (open from 5am to 2am), a syrian restraunt (24 hr open) and an egyptian bakery in the building itself! Apart from this , you name it and you have it, you have everything within walking distance from here like McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Dominos, Night 2 Night, Day 2 Day, Ansar Mall, Nesto HyperMarket, Al Nahda Gift Gallery... the list goes on and on...

Overall it is a very safe and secured building as there is a CCTV camera installed in every nook and corner of the building both inside and outside and Security guards keep a watch on it every second.

We apparently rented the last available flat in the building at the time in July 2023; which by the way had been vacant since the opening of the building. My outside view is nothing but trash, clothes, baby diapers residents throw from their windows or balconies and maintenance doesn’t even clean the area. There has been things there from the time we moved in…IN JULY!!!! My flat has since been consumed with cockroaches!!! I initially put down traps and still they came. We have even hired a pest company and they are increasing in number. This is a even worse problem because when you go to throw trash and open the door they are scattering on the floor and walls. It’s so disgusting and I truly am considering breaking the lease bc I refuse to have my family; especially my toddler subjected to such living conditions. I have been living in this building for more than 4 years everytime I request for parking the one who sits on the left side he says no parking is available he does not even check with Mohammed the person sitting on the right side who is in charge of the parking for the past four years how is it possible that no parking on the lower levels have been emptied everytime I go he says no parking not yet. there should be a proper system implemented that people living previously who has been requesting for parking their flat no should be written on a paper and call them when a lower parking is available. I have seen people getting lower levels of parking when they shout with them, however people who deal with them quietly and kindly they dont even bother...
