At 8:22 PM Iām so really upset. Because, of the first care service that I just called to ask for help. But, he did it to become a horrible experience I ever had. He (customer care) cancelled my ordered WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION . He suggested to cancel, re-ordered and refund me . But, I told him not possible and I donāt want to cancel. Because, I need the items right now and I waited from 6pm until 8pm. I place ann ordered from 11:20 am. I even told him to help me out to communicate the delivery so that he would know that my street no. And Villa no. Is changed. And I waited to the delivery guy to call me. Because, I put in my notes to call the no. I provided. Because, we have a baby inside the house and the delivery canāt doorbell at (8pm). But, I never receive any calls from the delivery. Thatās the reason why I called the care service to help customers problems. But, he did very wrong, I canāt let it go this way. So that it will not happen to the other customers who are needed the items in the same time and that day. But, the horrible service care I talked is very disappointed.!!!!!ā¦ā¦ IMAGINE!!!!... HE CANCELLED MY CALL DIRECTLY and decided to refund me WITHOUT CUSTOMER PERMISSION!!!!!ā¦. And AGREEMENTS . !!!
At 8:32 PM I called again to know the name that I talked from the first call. But, he doesnāt want to say it . Base on what the second customer service care I talked . He said, he received the reason that my delivery canceled because the delivery canāt catchup my no. and my location was not right.! How impossible!!!!!⦠he think Iām stupid???!!!⦠how the delivery know that my location is not right if only the customer service I talked and not the delivery? How the delivery can reason that he canāt catchup my no. If I added my no. In NOTES to call the no. I provided? Do you think the delivery will not call me if there is notes says to call the no. Customer provided? I keep watching my phone . But, thereās no calls from carrefour delivery. And why I called the care service ? To help the customer and make it satisfied. Right?. But, what he did?. He cancelled without permission and agreement. He even blame the delivery. Wow!!!..
He (customer care service) canāt give me excuses or reason that the delivery faults. Because, there is instructions there to call the no. I provided. and every call to customer service there is call records and hopefully the above position can give this actions.
I know that I ordered small items. But, that items is very important for us now.
At 9:50 pm . I just checked all my details just now. But, the customer service delete my address. Very very good. Very bad customer service.

Yes, I didn't answer the phone however I was at home all day. He claim that he didn't came as I have security in my building and he has to call first. I check with my security and they told me that no one from Carrefour came today. Is this your company policy to assume that customer is not at home if customer don't answer call on selfphone? Thus my order were sent back to the shop on the ground that I wasn't available (yes I wasn't available on my selfphone but I was available at home to recive thos delivery). If delivery assistant bother to actually come to my building, even if he didn't want to waist time coming upstairs to check if someone is home (there is no need for permission to do so in my building) he could use interphone in the lobby to check if I'm home. Anyway despite that, between 3.15-5.45 pm I call 4 times your customer service. Nothing been done so far to rescheduled delivery. Each of the the customer service representative (I think I spoke to 3 different people) told me that someone will call me back. When no one call after one hour, I call again to check, again I been told that someone will call me back but in case there is no call I should call after one hour. So I did, two times and again I was told that someone will call me and in case I don't get call, I should call them again. Now its getting beyond ridiculous. First your delivery never come, and you are trying to tell me its because I wasn't available, after your assumption that I'm not home since I didn't answer selfphone call and now you are asking me to call every one hour if the delivery can be rescheduled. This is so unprofessional that on this stage I don't even know what to say. By now it could be all sorted out but sadly your customer service employees are just to listen not to help neither...

Be very wary of placing an online order through their website, as whatever credit card you use will become permanently saved on their web-based platform without your permission. I mean where in the world is this allowed, isn't it illegal to save someone's credit card information without their permission.
In my case, even though I am a regular for my weekly shopping in their hypermarket in Mall of the Emirates with an average grocery spend above AED 500/- I do make online purchases for electronic items or gadgets from time to time.
The issue here is that I often make purchases for two different households which require a different credit to be used, now in this case I am forced to only use this one credit card, which is my personal one for each purchase, as their web platform doesn't allow me to delete, change or use any other option.
I'm appalled that after raising a complaint, their customer service has since got back to inform me that their IT division has informed them, they can't delete my personal credit card from their website and that I only have the option to use another credit card from their app. This is an unacceptable solution.
Most companies do a test run of their website to report feedback before a website is permanently enabled. In this process, they are to take feedback from users and implement changes.
Where in the world is this allowed, you don't have my permission Carrefour? Remove my personal credit card it...
