Very Disappointing Experience We visited this restaurant in the evening, drawn in by the nice ambience, which seemed perfect for a relaxing meal. Unfortunately, the food experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered Chicken Lollipop and Chicken Chilli Momos, but both dishes had a strong fishy taste — which was not only off-putting but also concerning, as some of us are allergic to fish. We had specifically chosen this place for its chicken menu, and even confirmed before visiting. It's frustrating that such a basic expectation wasn’t met. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. The cashier showed no courtesy or concern when we expressed our disappointment — she simply brought the POS machine for payment without even acknowledging the issue. As visitors from India exploring Dubai, this experience left a very bad impression. We paid the full bill despite being unhappy, and left feeling that the entire visit was a waste. I also run a YouTube channel focused on food reviews, and I’ll be sharing this experience to inform others so they can avoid making the same mistake. I genuinely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and customer service

If you’re a seafood lover in Dubai, this place is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the elegant decor and relaxing ambiance, with river side view,reminiscent of an upscale coastal retreat. The service was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Now, let’s talk about the food: incredible. Each dish felt like a fresh catch from the ocean, prepared with an expert touch. We started with the seafood platter, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. For mains, we tried the signature lobster and was perfectly cooked, with tender, juicy meat and a variety of sauces and sides that complemented the flavors wonderfully. Separate wide variety of drinks and juices are available. Have nice bathroom attached as well. Accept all credit and debit cards

Just one evening in February without dinner plans in #AlSeef Dubai, I was drawn to this restaurant with seats by the water. A quick look at the tables and the faces of the guests made me decide to have something to eat here.

The quality of the food is good, the staff is also very service-oriented. The team works well together, and makes you feel special. This part is supposedly the old Dubai and small, but it is certainly touristy.

Wasim deserves an extra compliment. He is a very attentive and cheerful waiter. Like almost everyone in the hospitality industry and many other sectors, the 'blue-collar' jobs are filled by migrant workers. People who leave their homeland with everything and, if they do well, return to visit family at least once a year. Many with wife and child(ren). All looking for a better life, not directly for themselves, but for the family. That alone deserves a very deep bow.
