I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kasthamandap Restaurant, and I must say that the experience left a lasting impression. This establishment, locIated in bur dubai, offers an exquisite menu featuring authentic Nepali delicacies that will transport you to the heart of the Himalayas.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was captivated by the beautifully designed interior that seamlessly blended traditional and modern elements. The restaurant's architecture showcased intricate woodwork, reminiscent of the historic monument it was named after, Kasthamandap. The cozy seating arrangement, adorned with vibrant cushions and traditional artwork, created a warm and inviting ambience.
Now, let me express my gratitude towards Muskan, the exceptional service girl at Kasthamandap. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness greatly enhanced my dining experience. Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was nothing short of perfection. From suggesting the best dishes to explaining their cultural significance, Muskan genuinely showcased the rich Nepali culture through her impeccable service.
I highly recommend trying the traditional daal bhat set, a staple in Nepali cuisine. The lentil soup was perfectly seasoned and paired wonderfully with fragrant basmati rice, vegetable curry, and a side of pickles. Additionally, the chicken tikka masala, marinated in a flavorful masala sauce, was tender and succulent, leaving me craving for more.
What sets Kasthamandap Restaurant apart from others is its commitment to preserving authentic Nepali flavors while elevating the dining experience. The attention to detail in their presentation was impressive; each dish was garnished with precision, adding an artistic touch to the culinary experience.
In conclusion, my visit to Kasthamandap Restaurant was an enchanting journey through the flavors and culture of Nepal. The beautiful interior, combined with the exceptional service provided by Muskan, made it a truly memorable experience. Whether you are a fan of Nepali cuisine or simply seeking an adventure for your taste buds, Kasthamandap Restaurant is a hidden gem...
Read moreWell, we were visited with our guest before and it was so pleasant everything was amazing, after traveling long away from Dubai we were happy to back for our lunch at Kasthamandap again with our two other valued guest. The experience went bit disappointed ☹️ starter went so well had momo , sekuwa and my husband favorite latte ko saag salad which was recommend by Mr. Nabin jee in our last visit which was tremendously fantastic. So we ordered today as well and found still amazing and delicious however, the ingredients is changed and found the consistency of standard is not accurately followed. Momo chutney is different. And we waited our mains after the salad , sekuwa and momo. Food came wrongly or forgotten our order recommended Malukhu fish was not good we order 2 mutton Thakali, one chicken 🍗 thakali and 2 veg thakali ( Nepali khana set). To be honest the food served in so heavy plates didn’t meet the thyme of restaurant and nepali thali I really don’t recommend as it was not fresh and healthy as founded daal and curry was loaded with vegetables ghee and right after lunch we all felt heavy and stomach pain. And we offered complementary dessert 🍮 which was good and had few billing issue staff were humble, enthusiastic and friendly however can be well trained and shine in future.
Ambiance is amazing as always.
This is not a complaint take it as constructive honest feedback. we are hoteliers and we encourage you all to meet the high quality of achievement with great hospitality.
Good luck !...
Read moreWe visited your restaurant on Sunday, January 9, 2025, at 5:52 PM. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Upon arrival, we requested a table for three, which was provided. Later, when a window table became available, we asked to switch, and the staff accommodated our request. A waiter then came to take our order, and we ordered two Chicken Thakali sets and one Veg Thakali set. It took 25-28 minutes for our food to arrive. A waitress offered us ghee, and we accepted. However, despite waiting 10 minutes, no one brought it. My friend was already frustrated, so I called a waiter and mentioned that his colleague had promised to bring the ghee, but it never arrived. He apologized and finally brought it, but by then, our food had gone cold—including the vegetables that were served. Overall, the service was very poor. No one came back to check on us, ask about our food, or even bid us farewell. There were only three occupied tables, yet the service was extremely slow. Due to this disappointing experience, we barely ate more than 2-3 bites, paid the bill, and left. No manager came to check on us, which further reflects the lack of attention to customer service. The ambience was good, but you seriously need to improve your service. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit to your restaurant. I won’t recommend it to others unless improvements are made. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on enhancing the...
