Sorry to say but really my experience are not good when I get table I try to wait 15 mintus to give Oder nd waiter just try to make story is laying when he get Oder food also to late nd rong he forget to take Oder nd he didn’t right food each off dish waiting waiter nd supervisor attitude are very bad nd he’s try to show is attitude its like owner nd waiter he just setting behind the chair nd supervisor give shoulders masaag when i call supervisor he try to fight me nd he just long talked nd he saying do what ever u want its really not good i never had food he make me crazy I just smok shisha had some food i just pay out I run from this place I never come again nd hope I will tell this story to my Frnds as well we are regular guests not a first time golden fish cafe better not blue thnk u so much for...

Worst place to visit. Waiting time takes forever. Food was extremely expensive and a total scam. The description and image doesn't correspond to the actual serving. The service was very poor. Food was served totally cold when served. Food quality with the amount you paid for - zero. Staffs, very unprofessional, more on standing, chitchatting, doing shisha while working even guests can see them. You need to wave your hand for such a long period of time to get their attention as they are busy chitchatting. Billing because it's money, it was done so quick. This place sucks and I will never come back nor recommend to anyone. Really...

Really poor customer service. If only there was a 0 star rating.

One of our guests at our dining table ordered grilled fish, which happened to be severely undercooked. We returned the fish only to be given back the same fish overcooked and burnt. They also refused to apologise for their terrible fish and also refuse to take it off the bill completely. They only managed to give us a pitiful 10 AED discount which is a disgrace.

Avoid at all cost unless you want...
