I ordered for the first time from here and was quite impressed by the bouquet and cake which I went ahead and put in an ordered. Not knowing about their delivery timeline I chose the free delivery option with the time bracket of 2- 9 pm believing that the delivery will get done latest by 3 or 4. I could have paid for a fixed delivery charge but I didn’t have the wildest idea that free delivery here meant that your delivery would be priority as per their convenience. From here started my absolute nightmare when called to check I was repeatedly reminded that mine was a free delivery and that they would send it at their convenient time. Imagine telling the birthday girl to whom the delivery is a surprise that she should expect delivery between 2 - 9 pm on a saturday at work when she should be out having fun. Their service team was rude and kept pointing out that i had chosen the free delivery and so they will deliver once their paid deliveries get prioritized. Their person was rude and absolutely ill mannered. After numerous WhatsApp message where I was made to feel like I made the biggest mistake but not pay for the delivery service not. The earliest they said they could deliver would be 5 pm and asked if i wanted to pay for that service at an additional amount. What was rude was that my ordered amount was 440 dirhams and an paid service was 50- 75 dirhams. Amidst all this drama it was already 4pm with my order not leaving their premises. While they asked if i would like to proceed with the paid charges and the order would get anyways delivered at 5. Am I the only one that finds this ludicrous. A friend ordered from another place and their service was seamless. For a amount less than what i paid the other place delivered a cake and a bouquet and also added complimentary balloons with no delivery charges and no follow up calls or messages. I on the other hand was made to feel like an offender and cheap person for not paying for delivery of 50 dirhams having no clue as a first time customer that this place would deliver at their convenience just because it is a free delivery which time and again they repeated in their message making me feel bad for not paying 50 additional dirhams for a 440 dirhams order. Needless to say that my day was ruined by constant follow up and dealing with ill mannered people. Thanks but no thanks I won’t be using this place ever again. I am absolutely disgusted by this place and their service. You should be ashamed of yourself for making your first time customer go through such a nightmare. You took money for express delivery, then spent days bombarding me with pointless automated WhatsApp messages asking for a delivery location — I entered THREE different addresses, and every single one was marked “outside delivery zone.” Then you “apologized” and rescheduled. The next day, same story. Then the day after, again. A repetitive, robotic, insulting cycle.
Your drivers called. Promised. Never showed up.
Your team confirmed delivery. Then changed the story: “the order is with the wrong team,” “items are unavailable,” “we will inform the sender.” No delivery. No accountability. No respect.
This didn’t happen once. It happened twice. Two different senders, two different orders — same mess, same lies, same emotional damage. And both happened around my birthday.
What should’ve been a moment of joy turned into days of stress, anger, and constant interruption from your failed service — early morning until past midnight. I was harassed by your messages and calls, and nothing ever arrived.

First of all, the quality of the flowers is simply amazing; the person who received the bouquet I ordered for, contacted me to let me know how the the flowers were so beautiful and of such high quality.
The responsiveness of the contact on WhatsApp (Riza) and his professionalism in explaining how it works were perfect. I contacted the company after 10pm and I still received clear and very courteous responses, marked by patience and kindness.
The 50 AED service charge for delivery within a selectable, precise one-hour time slot was a pleasant surprise and won me over. The delivery was in Sharjah and the team reached exactly during the slot selected, despite any traffic.
An other point that make the difference with others is the fact that I received a video of the bouquet when it was ready before delivery, as well as a photo of the card with the message I wrote myself, is worth mentioning. What pleasantly shocked me was the time at which the team started working on my order : in fact I received the photo/video and what’s app message at 7:57am 👏🏻
For me, flowers.ae deserves a true 10/10.
