We went for Dinner last night and being a very regular at Arz Lebenon in karama branch for over 7 years while in karama, I went assuming same service or even better at Jumeirah but totally disappointed. Firstly I ordered Soup which never arrived or person who took ordered never bothered to even come once to see at table which is fine we ignored it. When we asked for check we were charged for 2 Mohamara, when we ordered only 1. Upon checking guy came to us and says one is for Mohamara and other 1 is for chili paste you ordered. Working in hospitality myself, this was super suspicious as you cannot post 2 Mohamara instead of chili paste! I was not charged for little chili paste 29 aed in your other branch. When I got charged 29 aed for small chili paste as Mohamara. Even if you want to charge me for Chili paste, Atleast charge it with the correct option and price on your system which I am very sure it shouldn’t be 29 aed! Very very disappointing. I will never ever return to Arz Lebenon unfortunately I felt they did not want us to dine there and not welcoming at all. Sorry didn’t expected this experience so...
Read more5point Review. Cuisine: Lebanese Ratings: 7/10 (Can be tried) Well, I am a fan of Lebanese cuisine. Did Arz Lebanon meet the expectation? Let us find out The Good: Ambiance wise this place is decent with indoor and outdoor dining options. The servers are great. The food was tasty, (although nothing out of the world) portions were good The Bad: Their Hummus is great but you have to order it. No complimentary appetizers (Come on Arz, appetizers are crowd pullers. Put them on the house like many other Arabic restaurants) The WoW Factor: I like to experiment so I ordered their grilled quail which turned out to be good. Their spicy potatoes are yummy. So are their fresh breads. Money Matters: A little pricey (Especially if you want to taste a few appetizers and have to order them all separately) But this area is known for its exquisite fine dining so you expect the expected when the bill comes. The 5-point Experience: Decent dining, but nothing Out-of-the-World type. Can be tried for a cozy family dinner My Verdict: Take a stroll there, only if you want
