To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the unprofessional behavior I experienced during my recent visit to Iranian Hospital. After being seen briefly by a doctor, I was instructed to wait outside while a medical report was prepared. I waited patiently for over an hour — in pain and with no updates — only to witness the doctor leave her office with her daughter, without so much as acknowledging my presence or offering any explanation. I was completely ignored, and left waiting with no indication of what was going on or when I would be attended to. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Patients come to the hospital seeking care, not to be dismissed or neglected. A hospital is not a personal living room — doctors are on duty and expected to act with professionalism and compassion. Leaving a patient in pain to attend to personal matters is both unethical and irresponsible. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such carelessness at Iranian Hospital. The lack of accountability and disregard for patient wellbeing appears to be a recurring issue, and it must be addressed. I demand a formal explanation for this incident, and I strongly urge the hospital administration to review the conduct of its staff and implement serious changes. Patients deserve respect, timely care, and proper communication — none of which were provided to me during this visit. Sincerely, Hamza El Ghazy

Right now we are in emergency as my partner had an extremely back pain, we went to emergency as he is having difficulty to stand nor to make his body straight, 10:45 pm we arrive after that someone pick us in the door which is good after that a nurse came and check the BP, tell us to pay for consultation, after that we waited for so long we are check by the doctor after 11 pm, how could be possibility called emergency, I keep coming back and forth to nurses to see how long we have to wait but they shake their head like wait the doctor have another patient our struggle did not end there, when the doctor said that he needs to have an injection, no one dares to help him carry to be in the bed like awful awful, they just know how to take money and that lady who assist us showing her eyes rolling like she is annoyed from us please try another emergency place this hospital is not a good place to be , very slow no one is trying to assist u nicely like you are a burden, I carried my partner alone to let him lay down on the bed, that is the last straw I'm writing this feedback.. a big NO By the way if I will get the name of that lady who rolled her eyes I will edit this post and put her name

I came to Iranian Hospital with a confirmed abscess in my jaw, supported by an official ultrasound report. Despite the clear medical urgency, no doctor was willing to perform the drainage procedure. Instead, I was told to “wait and take antibiotics,” even though the infection was visibly spreading and causing pain and swelling. I understand that doctors may be cautious due to legal risks, but denying necessary care to a patient in pain — especially when the diagnosis is already second time visiting this hospital , same problem , same process confirmed — is deeply irresponsible. Although it is possible that is all caused by my stress and situation but they same problem happened again . Its all my opinion and it can I can be wrong. The facility is clean and the nurses were kind, but the lack of decisive action and refusal to intervene made me feel completely unsupported as a patient Especially when there is threat and lethal risk. This is not how healthcare should work.

This is the worst hospital I have ever visited in my life. I am not a fun of giving reviews but this time I need to mentioned to save other people from this wrapper.

My Mom has chest pain, we have visited Dr. Tabatabahei, He is very unpolite and very unprofessional doctors. Was talking to us very disrespectful. In front the Patient he was like you will be dying if you not admit. What you will do with money when you’re not alive. ☹ ………

I just ignored him and I have visited other hospital. They did the complete check and discover my mother don’t have any heart disease, but still my mother was thinking about the Dr. Tabatabahei, words and she was too much concern. I bring her back to Dr. Tabatabahei, and I told him other doctors saying she don’t have any heart disease but your telling she has very serious disease I’m confuse. He asked as for urgent admission for the Patient.

When I went to open a file since my mother don’t have insurance. Their charges are on the sky…. only share room for 2,000 AED per night, Doctor write a test of Angiography which cost almost 10,000 AED, God was with me that nurse give me an advice to not go with this test first go with ST Scan. With is cheaper is in case the Patient have any heart problem then you need Angiography otherwise it will be west of money. I did the same I told them to do CT Scan no need for Angiography.

After all, and all the CT scan shows very normal the patient doesn’t have any heart issue. Then they did another ultrasound type test. It was also showing very normal Zero (0) heart disease.

Finally, doctor decide to discharge the patient, without explaining the test results and the huge amount almost 7000 AED of CASH Expense. Doctor not told anything why this all test happened and what is the result and why he was telling us the patient have heart problem she will die if we not admit. This is the really disappointing from a health organization which just thinking of wrapping people’s money

When I asked for final bill, they have charges me the below.

I paid Advance payment. Room rent @ 2,000 AED even the patient not stayed for half of the day. I need to pay full, amount. The administration manager was telling me you can stay till tomorrow if you want. He was thinking I came on resort. Doctor consultation charged two times in just less than 8 Hours. Lots of other unnecessarily charges which no one explains

When I asked why like this? they asked me to give us your Emirates ID as security deposit and take your Patient, come tomorrow and discussed with the concern department to explain you.

In fact, after 20 % discount. There was excess amount the hospital should refund me after adjusting with my advance payment.… But they take my ID as security until I close the account.

Really. is this the service your providing, you think people are stupid, money is on the Air? People don’t have value to you? we set in front of the Dr. Tabatabahei, for more than 10 minutes. He was just busy with his phone even not seeing us…

Still I don’t know why I paid that much amount. What was my mother issue and why she is having pain in the chest? Nothing just nothing the hospital warped me.

I'll definitely rias the complain to DHA and...

RUDE DOCTOR RUDE NURSE WRONG GUIDANCE CASHIER as I said which dermatologist doing filler he booked at Dr abdullrahmam and he is not doing cosmetic procedures

Waiting from 5:30 pm till 7:30 pm Then I consulted Dr.Abdulrahman dermatologist. I have chosen him for his long experience of 32 years among other doctors as the profile on the website shows

But once I FINISHED my sentence that I am interested in filler injection, Dr. Got up to call another doctor as IT SEEMS AS he himself after 32 years experience not doing cosmetic procedures anymore.

After telling the doctor my concern, . I had another .but the nurse interrupted me and Said RUDELY TO MY SHOCK !! (you have taken long time and ALREADY dr prescription finish.) Then she Gotup ignoring my talk and doctor pointed to her to call Next patient!! Then she went out and brought the next patient to the door. But I didn't move .I said ( I am before him . OR he is before me ? She said they are waiting long time and they are angry ! I said I am a patient also and it is my right .

I took 15 minutes exactly before they start to kick me out. THE NURSE OF THE OTHER DOCTOR TRIED AT FIRST TO ASK ME TO PAY AGAIN CONSULTATION.BUT I Strongly refused.explained that it was CASHIER mistake to book me with WRONG doctor.

I ASKED to transfer me directly to the other doctors room. But as the other doctor was busy and rushed they arranged for another appointment. And 3 hours has been wasted waiting.

I ASKED a place to pray . They said not available ASKED a mat only and I will pray in the simi covered ladies waiting area. Refused by Supervisor!
