Decent drink quality, incredible selection, and amazingly affordable prices

I’ve been a regular here for a couple of months now visiting 2-3 times a week so I’ve had my fair share of Ochado’s drinks. The menu here is extensive and you’d need to come here at least 50 times to try every single thing they have to offer. The prices are also very decent in comparison to other bubble tea places in Dubai, and are quite decent for the quality of bubble tea that you get. The store also offers a loyalty card, where you get a free drink after your 10th purchase.

My only concern is the fact that the quality isn’t very reliable. Depending on who serves you your drink, it may come out amazing or not so amazing. This is either because the drink isn’t always shook the same amount, basically meaning that you might end up drinking a powdery drink once and a perfectly mixed one the next time. Unfortunately, the servers also generally do not listen when you ask them to lessen the ice content. This ends up making the drink really diluted and ruins its flavour in my opinion

Despite all of this, I would say I’ve been served a great drink 4 out of 5 times and so will continue to visit this business. I’m just hoping a set standard for quality can be established though, because only then will this truly be one of the best bubble tea places...

For me Ochado is serving a better taste of milk tea especially their matcha cream cheese is my fave of all but got disappointed today as when I went to their shop (satwa) (though i was too lazy) staffs were busy talking to each other that they didn’t noticed someone came inside that I have to knock on their desk and greet them for them to notice me. Upon taking my order, Staff didn’t asked for size option and automatically charged the LARGE size (why? For sales revenue? Which is not good,medium size is available though) PEARLS are not available (its already 12nn) and the saddest part is that i have to pay CASH because their card machine is not working. Staff didn’t even inform before i placed my order, just told me after everything. Like,seriously??? I left...

Extremely disappointing im a regular customer i drive 20 minutes to get their pearl milk tea had a drastic experience my pearls had hair in them which was definetely a guys hair cz their new staff doesnt wear hair net or a mask and are busy chatting i drove back to get a new drink to my shock the staff asked me for a proof so they expect me to keep a strand of hair as a present or what! When i asked for owner’s number upon chatting with eachother first she agreed then she said u msg on socials its personal i cant give i mean i dnt want a free drink or whatever but u can apologize or sound empathetic rather than asking me for proof!!!
