PANDECIA (satwa br) — Restaurant in Dubai

We visited our favorite restaurant while we passing by just to grab some filipino delicacy pastry because our family was a big fan of cheese bread that they offering. While in the inside of the restaurant, 1 guy (filipino guy) assist my wife on what she wants to order for take away. After the server take the order and preparing them, cashier (filipina lady) asked my wife what she ordered then my wife replied, 3x of 5aed cheese bread or cheesyroll and 2x of 2aed pandesal (will be seperate bags). The cashier takes the order and post it on their system. After few minutes the cashier asking my wife to pay addiditonal 5aed as she placed a wrong order (accusing my wife) because she posted 19aed pandesal instead the original order. The cashier was so disappointed and she shows a bad attitude toward us while trying to charge us additional 5aed which is not our mistake. Then i asked her, if she can cancel or void them because the pandesal was not serve nor even eaten yet. To make the story shorts, she void the bill and give our original order. This is our favorite restaurant to grab some filipino pastry for our breakfast but because of their service especially the cashier (filipina lady) were very disappointed on what happened today. She’s very rude. Poor costumer service! 🙂‍↔️ You can review the camera or voice record on your camera to see how she treat us. Never again to come and not even recommend...

This is not the firs time I eat at pandecia I always love the food here and I actually looking forward for the Vietnamese food but every time I came here the chef is not yet working, because i always came early, but today I came here late afternoon and I was so lucky that the chef is here so I ordered the food I am actually looking forward to eat, to be honest food is perfectly fine it’s the presentation of how the food was serve,I ordered the spring roll which is I expected to be serve nicely, the spring roll was cut double the size of a bite size and it’s actually annoying because the ingredients falls down on the other side everytime I bite it,because it’s not close at the other end, I even ask for spoon just to enjoy my food but every time I bite it it’s all falling down from my mouth which is very difficult to eat, I wish they cut it with a bite size or close the wrapper at the end of the spring roll, so that every bite of the food it will be more satisfying and enjoyable to eat, anyway the crew was good specially JC and everything is fine,I just hope I enjoy my food and not regretted why...

last tuesday my husband and i ate in this restaurant.. at first i want to try their beef noodles but because we are really hungry we ordered tapa with rice.. the food was tasty and my husband enjoyed it, when we finished our food we want to try a dessert and i already decided which one want i to order ,but we just want to rest first for a few minutes after we finished our food then we will order for a dessert, but the waiter approach us and ask if we want to get our bill.. me and my husband look at each other because we are both shocked , because we did not call him or ask for the bill..so we decided to get the bill since he already ask us then when he give the bill he ask if we want to order a dessert? and my husband said no, we are fine already after we give our payment to the waiter my husband told me and laughing why the waiter ask first the bill before he offer a dessert, that is very wrong.. seems he is rushing us to leave the restaurant because at that time all table are occupied by the customers but my husband told they have other tables...
