The Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers is always our first choice when we are in Dubai. This hotel is a perfect example that good staff and good managers are the two main ingredients for success, because that’s what this hotel is! From the moment you step in, be assured that the hotel staff will go above and beyond to meet your needs. They (all) are simply incredible.
Whether you stay in Deluxe or Club rooms, or in one of the suites, you will notice that all rooms are spacious and cleaned to a top standard. The house-keeping team is very professional and efficient, and ready to accommodate in case you have a specific request as to what time you would prefer your room to be done. Even at times of full occupancy, they will do their best to assist with such requests. During my last stay there was a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room, and few minutes after I reported it, a technician showed up. Whether it is time to rest or do some work on your laptop, you will just love the comfortable sofas and spacious desks with power hubs. Bathrooms in all rooms have been renovated and have both a shower and bath which, for me, is a big plus. Amenities in the bathrooms are top-notch and should you require something that may not have been provided, one call to the house keeping will solve the problem. Unless you are a Platinum or higher member of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme, it is worth booking the Club room (with a view of the beautiful Dubai Creek) because for some extra bucks a complimentary breakfast and access to the executive lounge come with it. I personally love spending some time in the lounge every day. The coffee is good, fresh juices always readily available and not to forget to mention the great selection of snacks/ food bytes served every day between 3-5pm and 6-8pm, which are prepared and beautiful presented by the Chef.
I love spending an hour or two working in the tranquility of the lounge while sipping my first coffee in the morning, and reading a book indulging in yummy sandwiches in the afternoon. Still, the best part of the “lounging” and what makes it special is its wonderful staff. They are so nice, friendly, professional and helpful, and entering through those doors will always make you feel as coming back home.
If you fall in the category of those who need to do something physical first thing in the morning, just take your pick -either visit the gym which, although of a modest size, has all essential equipment (apart from the rowing machine), rent a bicycle (on the ground floor next to the gym) or go for a run or walk along the Creek (the latter definitely being my favourite). The outdoor swimming pool (situated at the Creek side on the ground floor) may not be huge but it is more than big enough to accommodate all the guests who find themselves by the pool at the same time. If lying on the sun loungers under sun umbrellas is not your “cup of tea”, then you may prefer some of the thoughtfully made cocktails (or mocktails) in the cozy ambiance of the Bay Pool bar.
When the time comes to check out, the lovely staff at the front desk will ensure that your check out is as smooth as your check in has been. They will make you feel appreciated, and you will already start looking forward to when you will be back, even though you have not even set your foot outside yet.
Always-cheerful and helpful porters, will help with your bag and get a taxi for you if you haven’t ordered one already. They will wave you good-bye and will be the first ones to welcome you when you are back. And if you expect some deliveries during your stay at the hotel, you do not have to sit around and wait for it to arrive, as they will receive it for you and deliver to your room when you are back to the hotel.
Now, all that is left is to enjoy your ten-minute ride to the airport (which will cost around 10 USD) and cherish the lovely memories until you return to make new...

I would like to thank a few of them who really cared out of the way and made us feel like home... To start with..my baby(4 year) loved idli dosa and prefers eating that always irrespective of the place...this property ensured that he got his little portion of idli on a daily basis throughout our stay..I would really like to thank the chef(egg live counter) I wish I knew her name to thank her ..she used to see my face and place the order from the second day onwards and also without fail she starts making my plain cheese omlette just by seeing me..ur truly dedicated to ur job...
Another is a guy(don't know the name) who provided amazing service during our breakfast time...my baby asks for Nutella evrrytime he has pancake..even though it was not there at the restaurant he somehow managed to get it and made the kid happy(this happened not just once but twice or thrice) he was very much cooperative to our little needs and all the 6 days he took care of the little baby needs and made sure my baby got every little things he asked for and made our breakfast time a hassle free experience always...he attended evrry single need of ours and our child specially.
Another is one chef who somehow one day forgot to make idli and he felt so bad that he came up with waffles and dosa for my baby...just felt like a scenario when someome comes home...they ask u to make something and if u don't make u feel incomplete to send them back without making it...he wholeheartedly made dosa and waffle for the baby n bought it...how impressive was it..thanks to this chef(don't know the name)
Another is the housekeeping team...every minor thing we asked we attended even in a better way than we asked for..if I ask for 2 ...I get atleast 3...always more than we ask was provided every single time ..also the housekeeping team cleaned the room just in 5 mins before guests turned up...so quick and prompt...just before the guests entered room was given a fresh look
And how can I forget the girls near the entrance of the hatta restaurant...they r really amazing..I wish I knew their names too..fabulous and so so friendly...thank u so much
I know this sounds like a riddle to find out whom I am talking about..but for all they have done..request you to please find out and thank these guys..
They are the reason what made us feel...everytime we come dubai...sheraton will be our home for sure...n yes we are coming soon again...

Read moreMy husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek for the first two nights of our honeymoons. Honestly, our stay started off with a bumpy start. I had reserved an airport pickup through the hotel, as we were getting in super late at tonight and I wanted our arrival to be stress free. Of course, one piece of our luggage got lost at the airport and so we had to deal with that when we landed. Per the email the hotel sent me confirming airport pickup, the driver would wait for 1.5 hours from the time of arrival. After dealing with our baggage we were able to exit the airport at one hour and 4o minutes after arrival (10 minutes past the deadline) - the driver was of course gone. My husband was able to contact the hotel and the driver was sent back, when we arrive at check-in they notified that we would be charged twice for airport pickup, my husband was furious because they did not tell him that over the phone (we would have taken a cab for less than half the price). Finally, the manager agreed to waive the additional cost as the driver hadn't even made it back to the hotel yet. Other than that, everything was wonderful at the Sheraton. They upgraded our room, decorated with flowers, chocolates, and champagne to welcome us on our Honeymoon, it was a true delight. Our view was a breathtaking view of the creek and we could see past the Burj Khalifa. The staff in the club lounge and front desk were beyond knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond assisting with retrieving our lost luggage. We also used the hotels car service instead of a taxi for a couple of rides and each driver was very respectful. I even left my cell phone in the car on the way to the Burj Khalifa and the hotel generously returned it to our room and it was there for me when we got back. We ended up ordering room service both nights and the food was pretty good, next time I would like to check out their restaurants as they have amazing reviews and the menus looked great - we just didn't have the time. I guess we will just have to try them when we return again...
