Very unprofessional! In summary I got treated very badly and mocked for having a skin condition which is called psoriasis, it is a harmless and not contagious skin condition. Anni the masseuse refused to give me a massage and kept yelling i will get a glove and no oil. I left this place crying and shamed for having psoriasis.
First of all, all legit spa’s gives out a form where you can fill out and inform if you have any medical issues. They did not have one. Second of all the masseuse came in to the room unexpectedly while i was fully undressed, although i said I’m not done yet she didn't care, but i didn’t say anything thought maybe her english isn’t good. Second of all she was very rude and didn’t even greet me she just started pushing her whole weight on me ( mind you I’m only 40kg) when i told her can you please reduce the pressure she said okaay in a very angry tone. ( In a professional spa the masseuse usually asks what pressure would i like and always confirms if the pressure is good). Lastly when she took the towel down and saw psoriasis on my back she kept yelling what is that? What is that? I said psoriasis. She didn’t understand. Then i went to explain its a skin issue and harmless and i had it since i was 10 years old. She kept yelling no oil, no oil. I said why she said i will go get gloves. I said no its fine she kept yelling No! I get glove! In a disgusting tone. That’s when I stood up and told her I don’t want a massage anymore and please get out of the room, she stood there and didn’t want to leave, i kept yelling please leave till everyone came in and then she decided to leave. This place is very shady and unprofessional and it seemed she didn’t have any professional license whatsoever. I always have massages at professional hotel spa’s and is always treated nicely for having psoriasis and even get recommendations for healing oils. Instead i left broken, felt shamed and ridiculed. I hope this doesn’t happen to someone else because a treatment like this would scar someone psychologically if they were already self conscious...
Read moreI have heard commendable reviews about Yinyang; however, regrettably, my personal experience did not align with those positive sentiments. Upon arriving at my scheduled 9 pm appointment, I was advised to wait on the couch for a few minutes until my masseuse was ready, which deviates from the standard expectation of prompt preparedness in a professional massage establishment. Commencing at 9:17 pm, my massage began 17 minutes behind schedule. Midway through the session, I was instructed to remain still as the masseuse briefly left the room, without a clear explanation for the interruption.
Despite specifying a preference for a strong deep tissue massage, the masseuse initially applied gentler pressure. Upon my request for a firmer touch, the intensity escalated to the point of discomfort. To my surprise, when I resisted the heightened pressure, I was informed that the masseuse would intensify it further. Additionally, during the neck massage, I experienced discomfort due to the masseuse's long fingernails, resulting in scratching.
The conclusion of the session felt rushed, as the masseuse mentioned having another client scheduled for a 45-minute session, citing the closing time of 11 pm. Considering these issues, I would appreciate the opportunity to revisit Yinyang and, in the spirit of optimism, request a reimbursement. I am hopeful that a subsequent experience could alter my perception and align with the expected standards.

Read moreThis spa is highly overrated. I specifically requested a senior therapist when booking, yet the therapist assigned to me had only two years of experience, which hardly qualifies as senior. The lack of skill was apparent throughout the session.
Additionally, my 90-minute massage was cut to 60 minutes because I was 15 minutes late. I understand adjusting for my tardiness, but cutting 30 minutes is unreasonable and unacceptable.
The front desk staff, particularly Marice, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. She ignored my requests, lacked communication skills, and even conversed with colleagues in a different language while I was speaking to her. This is not the level of customer service expected from a professional spa.
To make matters worse, an extra charge for a specific technique was not communicated to me beforehand, especially since the therapist spoke limited English.
This spa lacks proper management, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a professional,...
