Air Nation — Attraction in Birmingham

Had my sons 5th party here for 14 kids and i could not fault it. The layout is perfect as the viewing balcony means you can see the whole thing so you can relax knowing that the kids aren't going anywhere and you can easily spot them when you want to. We had the party room upstairs, decor is already kitted out for the occasion. Only added balloons as a personal touch. The staff were fab, particularly Ellie who was our party host, very informative and super organised. They serve the food and even cut the cake up for you....everything is taken care of so you can sit back and capture photos or chat to your guests. Kids get called on the speaker system when it's time for the food so no chasing around after them either to gather them all back together. Pizza's are so good!!! Foyer area is far too small when it gets busy. The layout can be improved, there is only one narrow way to get in and out which is just not right for this setting especially if there are so many children and families for parties etc. Not accessible. I couldn't easily access my children as parents/guardians sit within a narrow balcony above the bouncy castle. There is seating near the bouncy castle downstairs but it isn’t a large space. There was food all over the floor. It's really crammed during busy periods. I don't think there is enough staff inside the bouncy castle to ensure safety. Had my daughter’s 6th birthday party here yesterday afternoon and it was a great experience right from the beginning. Very easy to book and organise, the staff are so helpful. We literally had such a smooth event, kids had a fantastic time playing, the food was served on time, and our personal host for the party, I think her name was Saba, she was so lovely and had everything under control. They cut up the cake for us, and just generally took away a lot of stress from the parents, so they could actually relax and enjoy. I would definitely recommend booking this place for a kids party!
