Fantastic place! Visited here for my son's 9th birthday, him and two of his friends got two hour free play passes for £9 each through a special deal, which was an amazing deal (especially considering Inflatanation is £12/hr, filthy, nowhere near as big or as fun with barely any facilities in comparison!) My only complaint is that it was pretty fiddly booking, if you have an offer code to input then you have to create an account, get a code to login, book each person individually, and input a new code from your email to log in each time to book, so if you're a party of people it gets annoying having to get codes sent to your email to log in and then book and repeat the process numerous times. You do have to show that you have properly completed the safety waiver for each person when you get booked in before you get your wristbands, but I think that's a GOOD thing as it shows the staff care about the safety of the users! I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff that were there Sunday 2nd July, they were all really helpful and kind, plus I accidentally left my phone on the counter when putting the wristbands on the excited kids, and when I realised I thought for sure it had been stolen, but the wonderful guy behind the counter grabbed it and kept it safe, and when I realised he had me confirm that it was my phone by asking me to describe the case plus put the code in to unlock it in front of him, and I'm so glad he did that as anyone who had seen me leave it there could have lied and said it was theirs, so I was so grateful to him! The unlimited refills on the slushies is a great deal too, the kids loved choosing and mixing their flavours and getting plenty of refills to cool them down! Visited yesterday in a large group as kids wanted to check out the high ropes. Met Ruby, who answered all my questions and assured me of the safety measures Gravity have in place. She handled and managed our booking really smoothly and we felt comfortable splitting the kids between the different activities offered at Gravity. The only negative part to our experience was whilst we filled out the waivers, and ruby had to attent the high ropes site, 2 other staff members Rudy (male) and Daljit (female) approached us and Rudy insisted on handling the payment journey from there onwards. He mentioned Ruby had 'finished' for the day and Daljit said the same a few times which we found odd as Ruby was with and as me and my sister turned to ask eaxh other something , she had to go *we didnt realise where and she obv assumed she will come back to us once waivers were completed. Whilst questioning Rudy how Ruby could ust finish her shift and leave mid convo, my sister saw her walking across the floor so asked is that her. Once Daljit saw thia, she changed her statement and said 'yes shes on the high ropes now.' So why would they lie that Ruby had finished? And when Ruby soon after came back to attend us, Rudy tried to say he has us handled now which was unfair as Ruby had initially brought us in, and also briefed is about the activities we were interested in etc, she did all the work and the other 2 wanted to push her aside and take over. This was really unfair. Ruby is a wonderful member of staff and i will be going back soon and will only ask for her if she is working. No customer should have to witness bullying going on between staff members within such a well known establishment. We recently organized our son's 7th birthday party at Gravity, Star City, and it was a real success! Booking was much easier for us by calling the venue directly, which we found far more convenient than booking online. We did the same last year for our 9-year-old's party, as we really prefer speaking to the team to discuss the specifics. We've always found them to be incredibly helpful. Party Highlights & Our Host The party day was fantastic, and both my son and his friends had an amazing time. We really appreciated having a party space where we could personalize it with balloons, which was a nice touch. All the kids received their briefing before hitting the trampolines, and the girl who delivered it was wonderfully engaging with them. Our host for the day was Anshul, and we found him to be very polite and friendly. However, we did feel it would have been more helpful if he could have been around a bit more during our slotted time. It seemed he was being moved between hosting parties and performing other duties. A dedicated host who could be more consistently engaging with the kids and the party, perhaps even singing "Happy Birthday," would definitely make the experience even more enjoyable.
