Walked in, the place was welcoming I decor, atmosphere & by staff. We were a party of 13, decide to grab dessert after our meal. We waited a few minutes and then were directed upstairs in to the private function room. It catered just about for us, we needed extra seating which was sorted in forms of stools. The gentleman who served us was very charming, informative & gave recommendations. I ordered a nicka blocka glory. We had teas, coffees, cakes, ice creams, waffles and crepes. We didn't wait too long for our order I'd say 10 to 15. The food came all together. An error which was retrified straight away when bought to their attention. English tea was not given but jasmine tea, easily and quickly changed. We were checked upon but left to enjoy our desserts. The nicka bloka glory was yummy. No one complained about their desert all were enjoying it. We waited to make payment but noone came so we all went downstairs to the cashier to pay. Individual payments were accepted even though they said a group whole amount would be accepted. The gentleman who served us dealt with payment and was very quick and efficient. Wish I could remember his name. Overall a very enjoyable experience, will return for more delights. Was a great end to our evening.

Spur of the moment decision to go for some dessert whilst out and about shopping with family. We didn’t fancy going to any of the local dessert shops and decided to go to ‘Haute Dolci’ driving out about half an hour. Had heard from friends and relatives that it’s a nice place and desserts are delicious. We were greeted upon arrival by staff with a friendly disposition & shown to our seats. Interior looked like proprietor(s) spent considerable effort & money to decorate tastefully creating a very unique look. Although some of the seats showed signs of wear and tear and desperately required attention. . . . We ordered milkshakes for the kids which were quite nice. A bit pricey but understandable given high running costs attached to the location. My wife had a Ferrero waffle and said it was very nice but had nothing more to say. I ordered an apple and blackcurrant crumble which lacked any flavour whatsoever! The only thing on the plate which had flavour was the slice of fresh strawberry. Very disappointed by my dessert it has to be said. Overall, the desserts and milkshakes are like most other restaurants but it’s the interior decoration and layout which is the salient point for this place. Don’t think I’ll be visiting again…

Absolutely enjoyed my time at this place, came the next week after its grand opening, and everything was absolutely stunning. Visually it was amazing, from the details of the ceiling with chocolate drips to the real roses as decor on the tables. A lot of thought has gone into the aesthetics of this place. My experience here was really nice though some staff seemed to lack experience, and was unsure whether they had the macarons i wanted also if there was any strawberry cheesecake (there wasn’t any when i was there btw). However, from what I saw the place seemed to favour aesthetics over practicality, for example the mocha that I was served was dripping in chocolate at the bottom. It was hard to not get any chocolate on yourself or even hold the mug because of the mess. But other than that its a very nice place for a date or a fancy get together, the prices are also quite reasonable and I did not expect to pay so less in comparison to other dessert places. But I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a very exclusive service.

We had heard wonderful things about Haute Dolci and had to go check it out! We had a delayed start to our experience as we had to wait for seating (it was super packed) and unfortunately this did impact the service times too. However, the decor and atmosphere was everything we had heard of and more! The aesthetics were very pleasing - stunning and classy with the rounded alcoves. We lucked out in managing to get a spot in an alcove so it felt more intimate. We ordered a trio of desserts and every morsel was as decadent as the last. The Nutella crepe was delicious, not too sweet and the sprinkling of hazelnuts was exactly needed for added texture. The cookie dough was very well balanced as well as a good portion - could possibly have shared it but worth having to yourself too. The choux bun looked great and the texture from the sprinkling of nuts was perfect but overall, it was a little dense. If you're looking for a sweet escape, look no further than this dessert restaurant! My recent experience here was nothing short of amazing, and it's all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Neelam. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming demeanour. Neelam went above and beyond to make sure my visit was enjoyable, from making recommendations on their delicious beverages to ensuring my table was always clean and comfortable. Speaking of the beverages, they were simply heavenly. I tried the hazelnut latte, and it was pure bliss with every sip. The presentation was also top-notch, making the experience even more enjoyable. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the service provided by Neelam. Her friendly and attentive nature elevated my experience to a whole new level. I felt truly cared for and appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend this dessert restaurant, and specifically Neelam, for her exceptional service. You won't be disappointed!
