These stones are old. Now I mean really really old.. Around 4,700 years old. Standing in a line two in a field and one next to the road. Some road parking but not alot. Access is accepted by landowner and a path goes round from lane that heads towards new estate. Please be respectful during growing season and dont go across the planted field. Theres normally a way across to the central stone from path. Its understated site and if you appreciate how old these are and the ancient laylines they are on it's a one off site. You wont see a sign nor any adverts. To make it worthwhile also visit Thornborough circle near Masham. Alternatively also go to Warram Percy medieval village and Rudston Stone (the tallest monolith in the uk) in Rudston near Bridlington.
