Quite simply, this wellness spot tucked away in Westbury-on-Trym's wildlfe reserve is DREAMY. A finnish sauna with a natural, fresh water spring swimming pond alongside - surrounded by blossoms, birds and nature - you feel like you're on a retreat somewhere deep in the countryside. Such a dreamy place. I was recommended this place by a friend and boy am I glad I went. Small and perfectly formed, everything you need is here. Natural and well put together. Looking forward to longer than 1 hour slots becoming available. Easy to book online. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Walk through the kids wildplace and through a yoga/allotment to the main entrance (there might be another way round but this is the way I came). Tucked away, located a short walk from the carpark, along a woodland path flanked by small gardens, where there is a deep-tissue massage therapist & small snack cafe. Fire & Ice is welcoming, a well-thought-out space, a cool green oasis within a woodland glade, there are all facilities needed, warm & cold showers, changing room, comfy bean bags & benches to sit & chill, a little fire.
